We’ve eaten here numerous times over the years and have always been delighted with the fantastic service, absolutely delicious appetizers, salads, main courses and of course the delectable desserts. Last night was no exception! Our server, Tess, provided 5 star service! Our meals pictured below were definitely the best meals we have had in a long time. Lovely fresh produce, their ever-popular cheese bread, succulent shrimp and scallops in their pasta and a scrumptious Mediterranean chicken dinner. All in all a 10 out of a 10. I can definitely recommend the Sandstone Grillhouse!!
The food here was wonderful! Though service was kinda awful.. our server was very bitter and barely even spoke to us. Some times came to our table and very obviously did not want to be there, would leave before even letting us decide on food as if she was in a hurry. Brought our dessert with 2 people away from the table and without us even actually ordering the dessert.
We picked this place because of the reviews and they did not disappoint.The wait staff was very nice, polite and good humored.The food was incredible (the fried goat cheese app was so good we polished off the arugula that it was presented on), my partner's steak was cooked perfectly blue rare how she likes it and the fish and chips were incredible, very flavorful batter, Cole slaw and the tartar sauce was magnificent which is probably saying something cause I mean... It's tartar sauce right?Prices are very fair here for the area and the type of restaurant.10/10 would recommend ??????????
Our waitress Megan was a delight, bright and cheery, with service in mind. Our soup, the broccoli with cheese was a really great starter, with the most delicious garlic bread. Our main course was a wonderful lasagna, set in ovenware, brought to the table straight from the oven, easily enough to serve the two of us. No room for dessert! Food was great, Service was great, Ambiance was great. We'll be back for sure.
We just visited this place last night. The food was great and the portions were huge. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants in Niagara Falls. We ordered their all inclusive 4 course dinner. I would recommend this restaurant if you want a great meal for a good price.
Our first time but not our last time. The staff were awesome and the food was so good!! I had the strip loin with a lobster tail, my wife had tenderloin with a lobster tail, my daughter had the fettuccine Alfredo, my mom had the chicken Parmesan, and my dad had the tortellini fresco with shrimp and scallops. For dessert, we had lava cakes, cheesecake, and crème brûlée. All of our food items were cooked to perfection. We really loved the casual upscale environment.
Brought the whole family here and this place did not disappoint. The food here was spectacular. Most of us got the 3 course meal. The crab cakes were the best crab cakes I’ve ever tasted. The calamari was also very good! The steaks were cooked to perfection. The dessert was also very good. Overall a great meal.
I’ve been coming to Niagara for years I’m sure glad I finally tried this place it was amazing from crab cakes to steak the chicken cordon blue all well flavoured plus what a beautiful looking restaurant inside service was top notch will be back for sure
Came here thanks to the reviews. Maybe Expectations were too high.Nevertheless , a quiet ,calm dining experience overall.Randy our server,did a great job ,being professional as well as caring at the same time. Paid attention to the details very well.Lamb shank was her suggestion and O my Lord ,it was so well done,literally fell off the bone right in front of my eyes while she placed it in front of me on the table.The Pasta needed more body texture ,the sauce was all falling off the Fettuccini. Expected a little better being an Italian restaurantDrinks were not at all good..Brandy remembered that my best half is intolerant to eggs and so she did not bring in any desert on the table as our anniversary treat. Instead she got us a Specialty coffee with Baileys in it. Love you Brandy for paying attention girl.Overall experience could be betterLamb shank definitely won the prize on our table.
The food is super good!I tried the steak and it was juicy and tasty.Loved this restaurant!This place is A must try restaurant if you are visiting Niagara falls.
