I can’t even express how pleased I was with the food.The dosa was absolutely delicious.It was crispy. The flavor was amazing.The only thing I would like them to fix is bigger portions for the sambar, chutney and tomato chutney.The sambar and both chutney was flavorful.The service could have been better.I’m definitely going back here
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We saw the 4 star reviews and went there.We had a very bad experience with this restaurant. It was on our visit to Niagara. We 3 families including 6 adults and 3 kids went to have breakfast here. The staffs here have a very bad attitude. Even though it was almost empty there, the server girl told us, they cannot even take our order until they finish their online orders. We requested them to give something since the kids were hungry. The food quality was bad. Once we asked for the bill they gave a bill for around $210. Then we observed a 15% gratuity. We politely asked them if there is a gratuity they should've let us know so that we could split in two groups and sit. Instead of explaining to us, they started shouting at us saying that its their policy. They kept a board inside the counter and expect us to go and check there to see if they have any rules. The manager itself doesn't care.The food was over priced. The same people had a more lavish dinner and which cost us around $140 only.The 4 and 5 star reviews doesn't seem to be genuine. If you are ready to get some bad attitude from some girls for your hard earned money, this is the best place.
The Chole bhature was good. But-considering the restaurant name, my expectation on dosa was bit high. So the sambhar doesn’t taste south India neither the aloo bhaji/the masala. Dosa wasn’t crispy also I wasn’t happy with tea!. The price we paid overall was 40$ which was bit pricy of course! It was nothing like South Indian. They need to define taste, between south n north !!
The food is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and they always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.
This place is NOT a south Indian place. Please do not come here and order dosa. The North Indian food is OK but not good. Come here only if you have no other choice. On any given day, I would rather be hungry than eat here.Note: After eating here, I am 100% sure all thev5 star reviews are just bought.
Ordered Idli, Mysore masala dosa, Uttappam and lassi. I must say - it was one of the worst sambhar and Lassi i had in my life. Got the order changed twice but no improvement at all with Idli and lassi. Over pricy food. Quality and quantity is not at all worth for what you pay.3/5 for Uttappam2/5 for Mysore masala dosa2/5 idli1/5 for lassiFyi, they add 15% Gratuity for table for 6 and more.
I wish I could give 5 stars for this restaurant for its ignorance and rude behavior. If you feel your life is over pleasant and would like to waste 2 hours and get attitude, this is the right place. We ordered six items on the menu, server told there would be half an hour delay but it took literally more than an hour for just three items to arrive.As we had other plans and had to leave we told the server to cancel the rest of the order but she wants us to pay for the food that we didn't even have or even reached on our table. On top of that she wants us to pay for the stale lassi that was served which we just took one sip and returned. The servers are ridiculous and talking to them is like talking to a wall. Just to let you all know they have gratuity charge for more than six people in table, our friends suggested this place to come over and have food, even though they had their food earlier and paid their bill, we had to pay gratuity charge for them because they sat on our table. In short, food not great, customer service not great, impertinence super great.
I am aghast to write a review here. I was there on Boxing Day. I understand it was busy day and reduced staff. We were told 45 mins wait time but took 2 hrs for one plate to arrive. The rest of the 6 took its own time and couple missed. What even more made the experience worse was the staff serving who showed no remorse for the way they had served. I would not suggest this place having said the food was good. Was utterly dissatisfied and disappointed with this place
Food taste is amazing and perfect. Not even single ingredient was in excess. Just had an issue with service speed. We had order 25 minutes earlier but still made to wait another 25 minutes. But due to their taste of food I just disregard it to max extent
I never usually leave a review but in this instance given how bad this place was I felt very bad customer service.. will never go there .Thank god I went there and figured out how bad service as I was planning to go there for birthday dinner with friends. And of course food quality is 0.Don’t even deserve one star .
