Wonderful dining experience. We started dining at Remingtons of Niagara on August 15th 2003 and now come here on a yearly basis to celebrating our anniversary as well it is our goto place when we are visiting the Niagara area. Back in 2003, we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and this area of Niagara was the only place open while the rest of Ontario was involved in a 3 day hydro blackout. I remember walking into Remingtons and never turned back due to their great service, great food and singing servers ... we were amazed. Last night after our meal, our server, Christine, came to our table with two complimentary Tortufo desserts, stating Happy Anniversary from management. They were delicious. An awesome dessert to compliment our dining experience and anniversary celebration. A total unexpected pleasant surprise. Thank you Remingtons! See you soon. Cathy O'Neil
My wife and I finally made it to Remington's. We were greeted very politely at the entrance and asked if we had reservations and if we had any coupons. I made a mention that I had a gift certificate from a few years ago and am just getting to use it. We were seated and then greeted by our waitress. Again very polite and knowledgeable of the entire menu. We had an appetizer of garlic bread with cheese with some olive oil. I ordered the surf and turf ( 4 oz lobster tail) with an 8 oz striploin with vegetables and a baked potato. My wife had the 8 oz prime rib with vegetables and fries. There were a few waitresses that sang during our supper. Very nice touch and incredible voices. Will be back again. Locals
This was our first visit to Remington's and won't be our last. From the on site parking garage to the warm welcome at the door, we felt special. Our server Steve was fabulous being both amusing and helpful in describing the available appetizers and entrees. We chose the prime rib dinner and sirloin steak which were yummy and tender. He made sure that we were well looked after and that our meals were as we asked for and were delicious. We also enjoyed a dessert of Tartufo which was very decadent and also were visited by the manager Peggy Jo who also checked to make sure that our dinner was to our liking. As previously mentioned, we will be back.
Wanted a great steakhouse that is a step up from the Keg and we found it. Amazing dinner. Great service. Will definitely come back again!
We were staying at the hotel connected to the Remingtons, and we received a $30 voucher to use. We didnât plan on treating ourselves to a steak meal, but this was our first time away together so we thought why not! We booked a reservation as suggested by the hotel. We showed up 5 mins before our reservation and was seated within a few minutes. There was probably about 5 other tables with people, and we were seated at a table of 2. We sat and looked at the menu, for about 7 mins and was ready to at least order some wine. We watched serving staff pass us - at least 4 of them. No one said âhelloâ or âwe will be right with youâ ⦠we couldnât even get the attention of someone to ask who was looking after us. After about 10 mins after that still with no service we decided to leave. 18 minutes with no service, no interaction is extremely poor! On the way out we said to the girl at the door what happened, and we were going to eat somewhere else, she laughed and said âyeah no worriesâ Very disappointed.
The food and service were great along with being entertained by the singing servers, we would not hesitate to return to Remingtonâs on our nest visit to Niagara
The steak was absolutely perfect! Veggies could have used a little more seasoning, they were bland. Service was slow and there were only 2 or 3 groups of people and they still sat us right next to each other. It was pricey for only having potatoes to pick from for a side. Would have loved more options. But again, the steak was fantastic!
We bought a Groupon for Remingtons. We had never been and thought it would be a great way to try it. We werenât disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful. We will go there again without hesitation and would recommend it to our friends.
Your staff was outstanding everybody was pleasant from the servers to the girl singing it was our anniversary and we got a complmentory cheesecake so thoughtful for our special day thanks again to all your staff we will tell many friends to go there when in Niagara falls Sandy and Peter Nielsen
Our waiter was great and very attentive to our needs. The food was good and our steak was cooked just as ordered. Would go here again if we are ever in Niagara in the future.
