The friendliest service I have seen in a long time. We were a big group , and we were welcomed with big smiles. Big groups can get a little hectic for servers, and we initially came in for dessert only but the menu got our taste buds aching to eat. Our server was totally accommodating to our requests. She worked quickly and kindly. And surprisingly the food came out fast (even though she asked us to just be a bit patient because it was only her and her husband working there that night). The honesty was great, the service was great, the speed of service was great.\\n\\nThe food...yes, also great!\\n\\nBurrito was yummy.. very flavorful, loved the addition of veggies in it.\\nThe chicken jerk burger ..it was delicious, we asked for another.\\nThe plaintain fries and patacons were a perfect side dish and also very yummy.\\nThe jerk chicken was Soo good, but was quite spicy.. I love spicy so I didn't mind at all. If you love spicy food I highly recommend it.\\nMy minis loved the patties,.they were perfect for them as they were mild.\\n\\nThe atmosphere of their place was quite authentic. We were told they hold event nights there as well and sometimes bring live bands. Definitely recommend this place.
I took my family to Niagara Falls and was very happy to know there was a Caribbean restaurant in the area.\\nMy husband and i both ordered snapper fish which were warmed over and dry, we could not get this fish eat. When I told the waitress the situation she said \\\"oh ok\\\" and brought me the bill. There was no rectifying of the situation or refund offered so i paid and will not return...
What an experience! While visiting Niagara I received a flyer and decided to check it out. SO GLAD WE DID ! There oxtail was good and so was the atmosphere, great music. The overall venue was clean and bright. The best service was there customer service, our server was so funny, just overall excellent experience. Would recommend 10/10

Really good food and flavor, really great service. Loved sitting on the patio to eat even on a hot day it was great. Make sure you stop by, they always have music going but not too loud so it drowns you out. Keeping with the vibes that should be in Niagara.
