Considering this location is in Niagara Falls which is a huge tourist attraction, many orders are made here. However, when I went, the staff were still calm and efficient. The pizza I ordered was made on time for pickup and there were no issues. Even even I order for delivery, the food comes on time and tastes good too!
Worst pizza place to order from! When called to place order, the gentlemen could barely speak English, we said our order he took our order but didn't place the order properly, when it arrived, pizza wasn't cooked good, panzerotti wasn't cooked, ordered extra pepperoni, didn't come with it but charged us for extra pepperoni. Basically if you can go to different pizza place, I strongly suggest it! This is not the first time that this has happened to us, I'm finally tired of trying to justify the mistakes for the store, its time they except responsibility for the flaws!.
I visited this restaurant first there was a lady who took my order with a very unprofessional way completely disappointed… SHE NEEDS TRAINING AGAIN please teach her how to welcome or treat a customer. Later on the guys were very nice.
Not at all worth the money. Ordered Cauliflower pizza and garlic bread with cheese. Garlic bread has no cheese at all and costed $7. It is bought from outside (Furlant Garlic bread from grocery store). Very disappointed with the pizza pizza franchise, everybody else is making their authentic garlic bread , and I ordered with the expectation to receive store baked garlic bread. But instead got the grocery bought one and with no cheese! And cauliflower pizza, no cheese at all and provided us with the regular dough pizza instead of cauliflower base. Do not order from here !!!!!
Super yum. Much Better than expected. Their pepperoni is gross but the chili thai chili pizza and the wings r great
My only issue is that the servers went down once but the issues were resolved.My favourite thing is what I call the pep panzo, because I cannot spell, in my opinion every other combination of insides is subpar. The breading drives my cravings to return again and again.
Do not order from this location!! I found a whole piece of wire in my pizza! I almost fed this slice of pizza to my 1 and 2 year old babies. This place should get shut down. How does something like this even happen?!
Ordered online and paid for it online 50 minutes go by nothing. Call customer support and was told they didn't deliver it because I didn't answer my phone when he was there. Here I am thinking delivery drivers leave it at your door not leave the scene. Customer service refused to refund me and refused to honor the 40 minutes or free.I order from pizza pizza alot this will be the last
Very clean and large location with ample parking at a busy intersection very visible, I ordered an extra large pizza with pepperoni, extra cheese and spicy Italian sausage and it was delicious and better than my initial expectations well priced for the value.
I love pizza pizza however this location disappointed me on so many levels. The pizza taste kinda old the flavour was good just taste not fresh and same with the fries they were dreadful, old tasting and hard. I ate last night and today my stomach is messed up and uneasy. Don’t think I’m ever going to eat at this location again. I have a child and thankfully he did not get sick because he didn’t eat that much of it.
