We wanted to go put for a nice dinner to enjoy Pizza Huts food but there was a young blonde woman who works the front counter yelled at us & we couldn't understand why she was yelling ? I think she may need a couple of hearing aids ?We will never go back to this Lundys Lane location again ! She informed us that we could eat at a table but there wouldn't be any waitress to serve us ...hell if I wanted to serve myself , we would have stayed home ....
This pizza hut is a scam and rip off. Pizza deal says buy one get 3 mediums for $5.00 each web orders only.Website DOES NOT STATE ANY WHERE that its two topping only ordered Supreme and was charged $7.00 each medium pizza. Store would not adjust bill.We will not be back.BUYERS BEWARE
Pizza was delicious and filling. Due to Covid, you are unable to eat any buffet style foods at the Pizza Hut but are able to eat your pizza here and had the restaurant to ourselves. Yum!
It was supposed to be a large grilled chicken rustico, there might be like 5-7 small bits of chicken and no pesto at all. Felt like got scammed
It's not real Pizza Hut pizza. Very dry bread (FYI original pizza hut bread is grassy and crisp), cold, and less on veggies/cheese. I don't recommend it unless they improve it. Friendly staff. Sorry guys. Need to improve food quality.
Handled a complex order correctly. Were super friendly (so much that I removed it but not in a bad way).Food was good (it is a chain).
Josh and Shane helped us with our order today. Probably the BEST employees I’ve seen in food service thus far. Very friendly and helped us with our order and were very polite and communicated efficiently and happily. They need a raise and a lot more. Keep up the good work and the food was also really good!
Do not come to this place because we went in to the restaurant and like we always do is just sit down in a table then they would serve us but it’s been like 20 mints and no one came to serve us then we went to the frount and said we don’t serve now you just have to come chose want you will like and then we said that if someone can serve us but as I said they don’t serve anymore but the food was amazing but the service was not and he even the guys name was MR(JOSH) he kicked us out of his store we came from Brampton to Niagara then going to have a good dinner and it got all runied we jade to eat dinner in the car so I guess that I’d how he wants his customers to do thank you a lot
Second time I have orderd and received pink undercooked boneless chicken. Super gross.
Overpriced. Not at all the same quality as the past. Nothing special - stingy with the toppings and pizza sauce. Pizza was lukewarm and dry. Wings are REALLY small and no drumsticks. Definitely better deals elsewhere.
