I love pita pit. We eat at different ones frequently! Today we had amazing staff Allie and Skyler! They were very friendly and quick! The other two staff unfortunately were not, they laughed at a man when they couldn’t understand what he was saying! Also the girl working the grill didn’t change her gloves between handling the meat, drawers, and anything Else between orders! If it wasn’t for the two girls I would have given 5 stars!
Everyone was nice but it really upset me how the workers treated the new girl I wanted to say somthing but it's not my place it's like they expected her to know everything.. she has an accent which is difficult to understand if you read this your doing a great job!! The other workers kept saying sorry for the wait like it was her fault but I wasn't waiting?
Ordered 2 make your own rice bowls on Uber eats. One of them was missing the actual protein, the southwest chicken, and both bowls were missing all of the grilled items - mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. Check the order before you hand out food. Got as much of a refund as possible from Uber eats, but pretty annoyed.
Got a pita there this afternoon the food was good as it could be but the staff were so happy, energetic and friendly. Put a smile on my face and can’t say enough about the great staff and I just went in to pick up a preorder.
I love this place! The owner is there frequently and you can tell she is devoted to making sure that every pita is perfect for each customer. Definitely a great place to go if you’re looking for a healthy lunch or dinner!!
