Decided to come here after all the positive reviews. We ordered one soup and 3 vermicelli bowls (chicken and pork). The meat on the vermicelli were flavoured nicely but more dry than I’ve experienced at other Vietnamese restaurants. Their tables were nicely spread out .
I ate there with my family yesterday. That was the best Pho Tai Sach i ate in a very long time. Beside that everything was perfect. I you want to eat real authentic Vietnamese food this is the place.
Very, Very Tasty....Ordered the Spicy Rare Beef Pho. It was cooked to perfection, and tasted like a dream. A little sweat on the brow from the heat of the soup. To me that is perfect!.
Poor customer service. We pointed to a picture in the menu and asked if it was available. The guy server said yes and when the food came to our table, the item item in the picture was not there. They insisted they did not say it was available. The server was almost yelling at us. We just returned the soup. So we ate in silence. I asked for additional peanuts for pad thai. We got it. Not even a teaspoon of peanuts. Then when it was time to pay- she charged me $1 for half a teaspoon of peanuts. I said you should have told me you charge $1 for additinal peanuts. I did not get a response. I said we are never going back here again. She said - yeah sure - go somewhere else. No apologies for all the miscommunication. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE EXPERIENCE !
I’m from Florida. i came here twice in two days in a row. Here is good foods and friendly staff, special to Khoa, he is really nice and friendly. Thank you for gives me a good time on my vacation
Their wonton and deep fried rolls are half the size you get at other pho restaurants and not nearly as good. My last order I kid you not they gave like half a teaspoon of dipping sauce with 3 different appetizers...don't know why they even bothered. Last 2 times ordering broth has been terrible. Go to Pho Vietnam...way way better.
Best pho and I love their steamed egg on the broken rice. Very delicious. I will definitely go back there. People who work there are very nice and sweet
Our family went to Niagara fall for a day and found this place in Google , the best Pho that we haven’t have for awhile , the soup was so hot that mostly other restaurant don’t offer , the broth is tasty but no fatty on top , remind me Pho in Vietnam and good customers service. Definitely will come back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We were in Niagara Falls for a tradeshow but didn't want to eat in a "tourist" eatery or pay the tourist price. We found this place which was away from the main tourist area. We're from the Toronto area so there are a lot of vietnamese pho places that we've tried. We've also found a lot of places where the broth comes lukewarm to just hot enough to cook the raw beef slices. Pho Kha has piping hot broth, its delicious tasting as well. We started with the cha gio appetizer, served right out of the fryer. The dipping sauce was perfectly balance with sweet & sour. The staff were attentive and we will definitely be back whenever we are in the area again.
We had great experience here. We are Vietnamese from US coming for a few days at Niagara Falls and found this great Vietnamese restaurant. Great Vietnamese food and very good service. We asked for some off menu items for our kid and the restaurant happily provided at very reasonable price. We came back 4-5 times during our stay.
