Since working at the casino I’ve had many late night pizzas from papa Johns. There was a manager named Harshal who always took care of me and made sure my pizza was done on time for me to eat on my break. Quick fast and precise is what I would say about this papa Johns. The new team member Kishan took my orders for the past two nights and made my pizza to the T. I have a weird order because I do not consume dairy and they strive to provide a great service to customers like me. Here’s a photo of the pizza they made and right now they have a promotion about a free dipping sauce with a review which I find awesome! However I would have left a great review regardless because this restaurant is killing it!

I just had the Papa johns pizza for the first time. Pizza, cookies and sticks , everything was well prepared and tasty. Staff was co-operative and well aware. Definitely visiting again.
Considering this location is in Niagara Falls which is a huge tourist attraction, many orders are made here. However, when I went, the staff were still calm and efficient. The pizza I ordered was made on time for pickup and there were no issues. Even even I order for delivery, the food comes on time and tastes good too!

Nobody was there except our family. We enjoyed our pizza and chicken. We just waited for a while, we didn't hear they already called our order. Price is reasonable. There is parking by the store. It's along the road to the outdoor elevator to the falls.

Decent pizza and pretty quiet for dine in around 4:30pm. They made the order quickly and it was tasty, but the arrangement of the toppings could’ve been better. Will definitely consider returning, one of the best quick pizzas in the area.
I just had my first pizza from you guys and it's definitely a 5 star all around! I called in an order for a garden fresh for take out and I was told it'd be ready for pick up in 10-15 and it was. On top of that, it was the freshest, most tasty Veggie pizza I've ever had! Crust was amazing too! Oh, and the side pepper was an awesome added touch, to complete the order! Definitely be back again to try another one. Worth it.
The stick were so delicious and specially i like the dipping sauce with itCustomers service is exceptional
NEVER...EVER..Will I Order From Papa John's Again...!!!! I asked for a pizza with double cheese..bacon and pepperoni No pepperoni No bacon....Jalapeno poppers which were burnt..and wings...This is what I got !!!....
