Visited this restaurant on a Tuesday night around 7:30, as it was one of the more affordable halal restaurants in the city and my friends are Muslim and are observing Ramadan this month. From the minute we walked in the door the owner made us all feel very welcome, told us about where he was from and even had food and drink recommendations for us! Everything we had there was amazing! Amazing, authentic flavors, definitely not your white-washed Middle Eastern food. The owner was even nice enough to give my friends dates to break their fast, give us some sweets to try on the house, and give us hats to take a group picture. Visiting was definitely a highlight of the trip, I highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Niagara Falls!

We have been patrons for some time and we are never disappointed with the food or the service...it's always exemplary!!! I usually order my favourite...Chicken Shawarma Plate and I enjoy it every time, but today I thought I'd try something different. The menu is so tempting that it's difficult to choose, but I opted for the Gyro Combo. The Beef Gyro was huge and generously filled with meat...my choice of toppings was tomatoes, pickles and Tzatziki Sauce. It was, without a doubt, the BEST GYRO I've ever eaten!!! Once again, do not hesitate to dine here for great food and great service, at a reasonable price!!!

Authentic Arabic food in Niagara Falls. Really a a steal for your buck and the taste of the food is just so amazing. Haven’t tried this good till yet in canada for Arabic food!

I saw that they do catering so I thought they would be a good choice for a large family meal. I was incorrect in my assessment. Almost everything in the meal was disappointing. I hate to be negative, but this is not a good representation of Middle-Eastern food. It's barely at mall food court level. The breakdown of the meal is below:-The falafel was too dry-The tahini was so watered down that it barely had any taste and wouldn't stick to the falafel at all when you dipped it in. All it did was add a bit of white colour to it.-The garlic potatoes were basically diced potatoes with a bit of garlic flavour. Nothing like the roasted potatoes I've had before elsewhere.-The rice in the vine leaves tasted hard and undercooked-The fattoush salad was super soggy-The tabbouleh was OK but there was too much green and not enough everything else-The hummus was alright but not great. I've had better from the grocery store-I didn't have the shishkebab skewers but they were too salty from what I was told-I didn't hear complaints about the shawarma so it must have been OK-The rice was passable but not great either-The fries were good but it's pretty hard to mess up fries, haha. All in all we were full at the end but not happy. I wouldn't order from here again.

My wife and I came home from an amazing meal at Palms, and the first thing I wanted to do was review this restaurant. When I saw the 1-star reviews, it was the first time I felt like there's no way these reviews are real.First off, the food is classically served with beautiful presentation. The servers and cook were gracious, polite, fast & attentive.Lastly, for someone who has eaten at MANY middle eastern restaurants, I found this place to serve the best middle eastern dishes I've ever eaten. There was not a single dish that I could say had too strong of any ingredient (no overpowering garlic, lemon, cumin, cilantro), yet everything tasted so authentic and delicious.I am so disheartened to see what really look to be malicious reviews for this wonderful restaurant. I hope if you're looking to eat out for Lebanese/middle eastern food, that these reviews won't scare you away from trying Palms. To me, it was the best quality middle eastern food I've ever had.

I ate at the Palms Shawarma & Mediterranean Cafe for the first time yesterday and it was hands down the best shawarma wrap that I've had in the Niagara Region. The restaurant was extremely clean, the staff were welcoming and took the time to review the whole menu with me.I found the prices to be quite fair (especially with the current inflation costs) and the flavors of the food to be incredible.I highly recommend adding Palms Shawarma on your list of dining options! It's worth stopping in for any type of snack.

My wife and I decided the last minute to take a drive to the falls and see the lights, but we’re disappointed that most weren’t on. So we decided to eat at a unique place instead of the normal fast food take out We decided on a chicken shawarma and found this amazing place on google. As soon as we walked in we were mesmerized by the beautiful decor and how amazingly clean it was , even the bathroom was spotless. The smell when we walked it made our mouths water and knew we picked the right place ! The people working were very nice and and prepared our order to perfection ! By far the best shawarma I’ve had and will definitely be back when we visit the Falls ! The only thing we forgot was to try their cappuccino. After reading the other reviews we will not forget next time !

The worst experience in my life. Owner was very greedy, disrespectful, rude and dishonest! Treated customers like they were not even humans. Food was inedible, not tasty, small portions that was not equal to what was charged(big amount), prices charged were not correct and hidden charges! I don’t recommend anyone to waste their money and time on this place !!!! Not to mention wait hours to receive food!!! Btw burnt food!!!!!

I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a five star restaurant but I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to eat. I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is below average for the price ( prices aren’t actually what they are - they don’t give you a receipt for what you purchased because they charge you tons of hidden fees). Service from start to finish was awful, rude and unprofessional. Took an hour to get BURNT food. It was overall a very bad experience. Anyone with more than a one star review was paid for sure. Avoid at all costs.

One of the worst experience in life, not only was their customer service horrible and never mind the long wait for food; the food was not as ordered and quantities are not even enough to feed a person. Asking for our right not only angered them but also stirred them up. Prices are not even as exact as what’s mentioned in their menu. I do not recommend this place at all!!!! If you haven’t tried don’t bother waste your money! You will be paying a lump sum of money For not even good food!
