The waiters r pretty much blind here. Walked in waited for 10 minutes nobody even lifted their eye. Finally asked one waiter and discovered that we’ve been waiting in the wrong place that the line is actually at the cashier. No sign to indicate that btw. Had to wait for another 15 minutes to place the order coz of the horrible management. Wonderful.
AVOID THIS LOCATION ITS GROSS!!!The girl ramanpreet has some serious attitude issues and she doesn’t care about hygiene at all. Their chicken taste like rubber as well made my stomach hurt really bad. Sam osmow you should look into this location. They are running the name down to the ground.
Don’t go an hour before they close because they won’t serve you anything but the shawarma (because that is pre cut). Was forced to order the beef shawarma and what luck, The beef is full of rubber fat and obviously they’re out of extra sauce!Don’t waste your time and money on this location, you have plenty of other options around!

Horrible experience with this place . I am big fan of osmosis. I Went today at this location and ordered chicken on the rocks . The lady behaved very unprofessionally and I requested for mild spicy and I was watching how she is preparing and noticed she put extra spicy, and I asked her I requested only for mild . She replied with very harsh tone “yes I put mild spicy. I didn’t argue with her and I came back to home and I open the box omg it was like hell she put too much spicy sauce as I doubted, and Half of the portion I dumped into garbage.Waste of money if you order from this location.Recommendation to the management- Train your staff properly especially customer service and please read all the comments down here most of the them are complaining about the staff behaviour. This is not a good sign for a great business.
Fantastic shawarma ! I ordered the 12” and it was the largest most delicious shawarma I’ve ever had. I have been eating it over 2 days. It keeps great in the fridge and is delicious cold.
Please read this!!!! I went on Feb 2, 2022 that means this week, There was a lady there, I ordered and paid with cash. After touching cash she did not change her gloves or wash her hands, she started working on my food right away. i asked her can you please change the gloves, then she did. Honestly, when I think about food I get the feeling I wanna vomit. I will never go back there. However, the location in St Catharines is the best.
I went today at Osmow's near about 8pm. Really nice place to grab a meal .they are very professional and the girl who made my order she was very fast and the way how she makes wraps is amazing I really appreciate it . Keep it up the good work guys
Waste of money. cant come back, (Went there on 28th Night)Despite me asked for the works (All Veggies) I just got a few lettuce in pita with a few falafel, it was so extremely dry to eat, rice were very different than I used to eat.The person who was making the food was a super liar, I asked to make sure he put all the Veggies, he did not, and did not change the hand gloves!!!
Came here on 1 of Jan 2022. Around 1 am. Horrible experience told the staff to keep it light on the spices. The only thing i got after 90 min were spices. Not coming back. All of the staff looked like all of then were on their first day.
