Not much you can expect from McDonald's... Used the drive thru service and had no issues. The lineup was relatively quick and easy. Ordering was simple. And the staff were quick. Only problem was that they forgot to add tartar sauce on my filet-o-fish sandwich. So I ate a dry fish sandwich.
The smoothie was basically crushed ice with flavored water and the awful paper straw they provided melted away with chunks of ice stuck in it. I'm sure you'd think maybe they were busy and rushing orders but no, this took forever to come.
Went through the drive thru (Stanley Avenue and the 420 location in Niagara Falls, Ontario) today. Ordered the 20pk chicken nugget meal... A quarter pounder and milkshakes. Sophia working the window who took our order was probably the most professional and nicest worker. My nuggets come with 3 containers of sauce... And I asked for 3 different ones... Most workers get annoyed when I ask but not Sophia. She said absolutely. Given the size of the nugget order she asked if I wanted to upsize the fries for. 70 cents. So glad she did as we would have not had as many we would have liked. She was very cheerful with a pleasant tone and greated us with a smile when we arrived to window 1. Definitely a pleasant experience.
Use the app to get the dollar drinks ordered two large Diet Cokes and a large Sprite no ice the front cashier said that they don't have any Sprite anymore cancel the order and charged me regular price for the drinks. Instead of being charged $3 for three drinks I was charged $3 for two drinks. When trying to tell if that issue to the order number counter be person giving the orders gave me really nasty attitude and I told them it wasn't my fault it was your Cashiers fault after 3 to 5 minutes of arguing she finally gave me an extra cup. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's at all they don't know customer service
I pull into the empty drive thru behind one other car so I move over to the other lane. Woman comes on and asks me to wait one moment while they take the first persons order. The customer who was in front of me finishes ordering and the person working drive-thru starts to take the order of the person who was behind me while I am still waiting for my order to be taken. Finally someone comes on to take my order which is a simple basic combo and an extra cheeseburger. luckily the other person whose order they started taking before me is ordering a lot...I pull up to the window where I am told to park up front to and wait for someone to bring my food out. While waiting I see the person who was behind me that had ordered a lot more than I did pull out of the drive-thru with their order while I am still sitting waiting for a simple big mac combo and a cheeseburger.Finally after waiting over 5 minutes someone brings out my order. I get home open the bag to find that the heavy Grand Big mac and fries are on top of my now flattened cheese burger almost as and its completely flattened as if someone purposely squished it down. Abysmal service.This is a location I frequent quit often as its a 2 minute drive from my house. They constantly mess up my order but today was the straw that broke the camels back.
I would never go back to this location.. Today is may 30,2022. I come in from a hot day wanting a quick bite before home.. The time is 6:45pm. They are standing in front of me playing basket ball with the garbage and talking about going home. The give me like warm fries and a handful of syrup covered ketchup packages. Lazy workers that dont care. This should be reported to the people that own this franchise
Drove 2 minutes down the road to eat, my fries were completely cold. Place takes absolutely zero pride in ownership it’s pathetic. Giving it 1 star is generous.
Dived in here for a quick bite to eat and had the misfortune of using the washrooms before eating. Appears that the washrooms are a safe injecting site with a safe needle disposal box right in the toilet. No hands free way of entering/exiting the washrooms and the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty.Food was fine for McDonalds, but no ketchup was given in the bag.Definitely not a macca's to bring your kids to.
Ordered two sausage egg meals, hash Browns and two black coffees using a two can dine coupon. There was a bit of a wait since this was about 1pm. Finally got my meals, headed back to my vehicle and drove away. When I got a fair bit away I look in the bag. No hash browns. But there was two small overflowing bags of fries ??. One of my favorite things when McD's drops fries in a bag, is all the extra fries in the bottom of the bag. ? ?
Went in , ordered my meal, the cashier was talking her language with the cook as if I didn’t exist!Asked to use the washroom to wash my hands, he said that it’s out of service!You are a fast food restaurant for God sake …. No functioning washrooms?While waiting for my combo meal , that same cashier handed me my empty drink container holding it with two of his fingers inside it!Come onDo you expect me to accept it like that?
