We stoped today at this Mac we ordered 4 Big Mac combo not knowing that Wednesday is the Big Mac special day , the lady on the drive through was great and explained to us that there is a deal on the Big Mac combos! Our bill was reduced by almost $20! - I wish we took the name of that lady who took our order; it was around 3:00 pm ; thank you that was great!
So I just ordered $65 worth of stuff from them and I don’t think I’ve ever been this disappointed by any fast food chain..I ordered 10 nuggets only got 9 of em,Ordered a double quarter pounder got 1 pattyAll 2 juniors chickens and 3 McDoubles were flattened down like pancakes and tasted like garbageAnd my fries that came with the meal were cold and mushyBUT they didn’t mess up my Coca Cola at least
Worst customer service at this location. Half of the time they get your order wrong and other half of the time they will serve you cold food. They take your order and then says sorry we ran out and is not even apologetic about it plus they will come in bunch and start arguing with you rudely. Worst macdonalds experience at this location.
This place is unsafe. Door open towards the customer and hurt anyone. Also extremely poor service. Wrong ice cream given l, waited 30 mins for replacement but nevet received, had to get money back.
I'm happy with their servicr. Nice stuff members...I was explained nicely that they run out of the item that I orders and offered an alternative. This store is opend fairly later...I was there around 11pm. However, drive through is opend 24/7.
To say I'm disappointed is such an understatement . To be fair I did go through the drive-through at midnight with only 2 other cars in the drive thru, I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes with nobody taking my order Then proceed to wait at the window for an additional 5 minutes while somebody stared at me taking other people's orders. finally got to place my order only to find out that a single meal was costing almost $20 thats absolutely ridiculous to think that fast food places are charging almost $20 for one meal now. Disgusting
I don't know why but on 3 separate occasions when I ordered big macs at 7275 Oakwood dr. Niagara Falls, there was a little less special sauce in the big macs compared to the other McDonalds in Niagara that I visit. Is it possible this particular McDonalds location actually puts a little less special sauce in their big macs in order to cut the fat because thats what I received 3 times. Im not having 10 big macs for lunch or supper, im just having 2 and would like for them to taste the most delicious with the exact amount of special sauce as all the other locations.
This McDonald’s is one of the worse McDonald’s in this area you can ever think of. Just went to visit I’m a premium member of Show me a member of CAA some McDonald’s have this savings that members can save I paid with cash on my visit today. You’re very unprofessional they’re always looking for a fight with customers and they’re never paying attention to a customer orders and given them wrong Items. I would not recommend you to visit that location because it is very disgusting you’re always making jokes and make a joke not cleaning the restaurant properly and this restaurant should be reported to the head office which I will be taking that stuff to do myself a rate this restaurant one just happened to be the lowest rating you can give one if there was ever a the rating you can give this restaurant on Google it would’ve been that exact
Go threw drive tru they park u for 15mins to wait for your order, call inside they ask whats your order, oh were waiting in fresh food! I've been parked waiting for over 15mins?♀️
