Best service I ever had in mandarin is this location !!! Food -There is something for everyone to enjoy, fresh and good variety. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the place was lacking a choice of red wine , we asked for 3 different bottles on the menu but they were out of it . This is something a good Navarre can think about ahead of time or offer something else so customer can have a choice .Btw , very good coffee !!!!But service was unforgettable, thank you !
My mom, fiancé and I went to this location on Mother’s Day. The food was fresh and delicious. And our server, Jessie, was so amazing! She was one of the best servers that I’ve ever had at a restaurant. She was very friendly and attentive. And even though it was super busy in the restaurant (which was to be expected on Mother’s Day), she was always checking in to see if we needed anything.There was another server that was working in the same area (I didn’t get his name unfortunately), but he was also great. He always made sure that our water glasses were full and our plates were collected promptly. All of the other staff that we encountered that day were super friendly as well. I would highly recommend this location!

Amazing!! When I called to book our reservation for Friday, I'm certain I spoke to the owner. He was pleasant and friendly and made sure we knew where the restaurant was. The staff were pleasant and and friendly. They explain everything very clearly as far as wearing the disposable gloves each time you head up to the buffet. Being that it was Easter weekend, it was an absolute zoo in there, so the staff were even more amazing as far as we were concerned! This was my first time visiting and certainly won't be the last! There were the usual choices of food, a carving station with prime rib, turkey, and all the fixings for both! Fresh sushi and hot soups, delicious cold salad bar, and the desserts....so many. The food was kept topped up and full and everything was piping hot. We loved it so much that we called on Saturday afternoon and made another reservation for that night. same service and experience again. Kids loved it. We left full and happy! Thank you all! You all deserve a pat on the back!
Food: is delicious, fresh, hot, lots of variety. Always refreshing the food when getting low.Cleanliness: immaculate including the washrooms. Service: is superb. Makes you feel welcome as you walk in. Hot wash cloths before and after meal. Checks on your table often. Bringing/refreshing drinks and clearing dishes. Table is always clean. Wonderful, Friendly staff in every area. Great managers.I've never had a bad experience here. Location is great as well. Definitely 5 ☆.10/10 on everything.
Delicious food and excellent service!
Well, don’t get too excited when going to this restaurant. For Chinese food this restaurant is so over priced for one of the cheapest foods you can eat. My girlfriend and I checked it out and they are charging $35.00 each ( way too much ). The food was not great at all. So, for dinner and two drinks cost $92.00 plus tip was $107.00. For Chinese food, come -on. Never going back!
Went with my fiance and her Chinese side of the family? To celebrate Chinese New year and and her aunt's birthday. The staff were very professional. The food was delicious we were all missing the Mandarin because it is a yearly tradition. Very happy to see that they are reopened and they follow all the guidelines and are very professional about it. The service was excellent as well.
Very poor experience, the food (takeout) tasted old and was rubbery . We have had many meals before that were fine I’mStarting to think Covid is having a lot to play with the poor quality of food and service. Our M&M Asian boxed meal was far better quality and taste then the dinner for 4 we ordered.
We just ordered from here while visiting Niagara Falls at a hotel. NO cutlery OR soy sauce with our $50+ order. Immediately called them to rectify the error, and they said, "not our issue" Terrible.
