The food is absolutely amazing for a great price. Me and my mom went the other night and we had a enormous pile of food that we are still eating that is still absolutely delicious even though its no longer fresh. The service was absolutely amazing as well the staff were all extremely friendly and over all give the place an amazing atmosphere i would 110% recommend eating here we live roughly 4 hours away and we still plan on going back some time this year - also this isnt really relevant but i want to add that our waiter taught me how to use chopsticks and that made my day so i wanted to point it out lol
My husband took me for Valentines day. We had delicious food at a great price. Lovely decor, The staff are always friendly and attentive. I do not consider going to any other Chinese restaurant in Niagara Fallls
Exquisite cuisine, friendly staff, very very delicious meals...we are definitely coming again!!!
I know this restaurant very well since they oppend and I was one the first client and for years they where the best restauran in Niagara falls, but abaut 6 year ago they star decreasing the quality on the food and we stop going there any more, after 2 years I decided to give them a new try and the food was terrible and more misserable than ever with the ingredients.. and I give a bad review at that time. but back on december 2021 I saw there was a lot of cars outside in the restaurant and I decided to give another try and I ordere cantonese chow mieng, magnolias fried rice, chicken cum paw and egg rolls, whe we start eating this food at home we where very dissapoinited, the chaw mieng wasn't tasty at all no broccoly, no musroms, a lot of onion and green pepper , no pork, no meat, a very little chicken and only one srimp, the rice vey pour only rice with soy sauce, a few peas, green peper and onions. 4 o 5 small cutted in pices srimp and the rest of the food was abaut the same very, very pour quality also they dont even put a fortune cookien on the bag, I don't understand how this restaurant was full on peeople eating that terryble and not quality food there. Igive one dot of five marks but they dont deserve even the half.
I ordered the dinner for 2B and the food came delivered hot and quick. The online ordering was easy to navigate and place my order. Enjoyed my dinner.
Service was good.. Food however is not good, I order the following dishes. 1: "Beef A La Sichuan (Spicy)" I can confirm there was nothing Sichuan about this dish as it was just batter over the beef and not crispy at all, not spicy at all, there was no Sichuan Pepper in there. 2: "Cantonese Chow Fun" Noodle was over cook and not tasty and trust me not worth it. 3: "Chicken Wings" Quite bland
Ordered online at 5pm for delivery, expecting it to be ready in 45-60 minutes. Over an hour later, our food still wasn't here. Tried to call them multiple times for an ETA and could not get thru because they DISCONNECTED their phone line. What kind of restaurant does that?! Decided to drive there (mind you an hour and a half has already passed) and was welcomed with a huge lineup outside. Boyfriend went inside to ask if our food has been out for delivery yet, asked 3 times and no answer, they just kept calling out numbers. Half hour later inside they finally brought out our order. 2 hours later and it never even made it out to delivery. There was absolutely no way to communicate with them regarding our order and they could not even call to inform us our order was delayed nor could we cancel... Please decline orders if you cannot keep up with the demand. Food was bland and cold as well when we brought it home and found a piece of tin in one of the dishes. Was VERY unimpressed.
This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, chilled bee.I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. As I am lover of this beautiful place from 7 years and still goes on….♾ ⭐️
We ordered Chinese food the morning of New Years Eve for 6:00 that evening. We waited in line for over 2 hours after our pick up time that evening in the restaurant as well as so many people who were doing the same. We finally had to leave after the 2 hours as there was no indication of when the food would be ready. Also there was no social distancing in the foyer. There were so many people crammed into the foyer waiting for their orders for hours after their reserved pick up time. Will not be making that mistake again.
We've always thought that Chinese food and New Years Eve went together like Salt & Pepper. Knowing this we went directly to the location to place our order at 3pm. We asked for a pick up of about 7pm. We were excited and looking forward to our great New Years experience. So I came back to a full parking lot. I had to park across the street. The line up was right out the door and the restaurant was packed with about 60 -80 people waiting for take out! So much for social distancing. The only reason I got in was to get around the line up and use the rest room. Once inside I realized that everything was out of control. The staff were simply calling out order numbers and names. It was literally a food auction! Within a few minutes I had a couple walk by and saw "that's it we give up - been here two hours and I can't wait any longer! I patiently waited 1/2 an hour and witnessed more people giving up and leaving. At this point i could not stand the negative energy and decided I wasn't going to let these people ruin my New Years Eve and lest as well. How could these people take so many take out orders and 1) not properly spread out the pick up times 2) not limit the amount of orders and 3) recklessly allow so many people inside their establishment! This was by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had or seen. Happy New Year!
