I ordered a burger with fries, my server came to me and asked me if im done, I said "no not yet" I went to use washroom, I came back to the table and my food was taken away. Manager came to help me out and she made it worse, she even tried to make me pay a portion towards my meal, she said "I should charge you for what you ate. Im never goin back their. Please do not eat there. Bad service. DO NOT EAT THERE!
Not sure about the bad reviews, they food is pub style will huge portions and very reasonable. Wish I had found it sooner. Stopped to watch some of the Leafs game and attentive server and no pressure to keep ordering. Will repeat
Delicious bar food. I had vegetarian feast. Good drinks. Service on point. The bartender was very polite and attentive.
Located on the lower level of Casino Niagara. We went for Lunch and both had the Chicken Parm Sandwiches. The portions were huge and the food was good.Nothing special. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We were comped so I am not sure I would pay to eat there.

One of the best burgers I've had. Friendly staff.
I came here with a couple of friends of mine for the night to celebrate my friends 50th. He’s a Hab fan my other friend a leafs fan. And yes the leafs and habs were playing this Saturday night. First off it’s a sports bar. Not that I’m prejudiced but is it not mostly men at a sports bar? So maybe women waitresses would help. No offense to the guy we had but he was a bit of a dud. So here it is 20 TV’s no front of us. Not bad. Maybe some bigger screens would be better. We have College football, baseball, and I think a CFL game on. It’s 6:45 and not one tv has the pregame leaf/ hab game on. Finally it’s 7:00 game time and still no game on at all. 7:02 I got up went to the bar and said are you going to put the game on. “Oh Oh yeah. Geez. Now it’s about 7:07 they put the game on one TV but the sound is the baseball game which is 8/1 for the Yankees who cares. Finally some guy ( maybe a manger not sure ) comes and take a look to see and I said Are you going to put the game on. Honest to good he said to me. Relax it’s coming. And this is supposedly a sports bar. It wasn’t busy at all in there and other guys were there to watch the same game . I don’t like to put anything or anyone down but it was brutal. It makes it even worse when My wife and I used to come to this Casino all the time to go to Yuk Yuk’s. When we found out they were taking out for a sports bar we were extremely Disappointed as well as many other people. Poor management . Very sad.
They removed a great steakhouse to build this place. A huge goof. Plenty of bar food in other places and an entire food court of junk food they don't even use most of the year. They should have put this "level 2 idea" where the food court area is and kept Lucky's. Also...no Corona only to replace with a cheap knock off.
First of all, Very wonderful staff and service but the food does not even deserve one star. We ordered Nachos with Chicken as one entree which was $23 + $6 for chicken. I have never EVER seen a restaurant of this caliber serve nachos with liquid cheese!!! We were so disappointed!!!! We ate about 1/2-1/3 of them before we confirmed with the waitress and spoke to the management. Also, by this time we had only had about 6 small bites of chicken. The staff was great and comped us for them. I would give the staff 5 stars but they food does not even deserve one. It would have been much better to walk up to Kelseys. Save yourself the disappoint. This place is FANTASTIC for drinks; but stay after from the food!!!!!!!!
Great wait staff and tasty food! Cobb salad is awesome! Staff are always attentive, friendly, and fast.
