Busy place, our server was great. Had a bit of a wait for food, but our server gave the kids some fries & pancakes to make up for the long wait.Needs better coffee & dairy alternatives though. Server was super knowledgeable in knowing what the ingredients were, to accommodate gluten-free & dairy-free diet.
I should have read other people’s review first before coming there. The food was not that bad ( Honestly I would prefer other diner though) but comparing to the price I think it was not really worth it. I quiet shock that it took us $91 for 2 meals + 1 kid meal . They charge the coffee and tea as well (which was usually included in another diner) . But server who help us was polite and nice
Conveniently located in the Ramada, you get all the staples of breakfast foods you could want. Parking in the rear of the building requires you to walk around the front desk to go in but there was plenty of room.
Typical IHOP feel. Very good service however ambience felt old. Yummy food if you like your eggs, pancakes and steak. Certainly do not go for the coffee ?. Quite busy at the 11am / Noon time but wasn't a long wait to get seated.
This is a great spot, given I came here for 3 reasons,1. Great deal for your bucks, you get to enjoy the brunch while enjoying the view of the Niagara Falls.2. Little to now line up without reservations, we were able to get up to enjoy our #brunch within 20 min.3. We stayed at the hotel accords the street because we have mom’s pug with us, we were able to do a quick walk across and back to the hotel.

The service was not good.The food was nice and the pancakes were delicious, but in my opinion, it wasn't worth the price paid.For someone who wants to pay for an overpriced breakfast, it might be okay.I will definitely look for other options when back to Niagara Falls.

Friendly staff and quick service! Lots of pancake choices. Could use a few more healthy options. You will have a full stomach. Kids menu was very good.
Service was great. We expected a wait due to March Break /Weekend but we were seated and served promptly. Connie, our server, was polite and attentive. Food was what I would expect at IHOP - pancakes are a hit with our family. Only reason for 4 stars is due to the premium price.
Always love their breakfast menu. Highly recommended this restaurant.
