We went for the pancakes, that seemed to be a great deal there. But they were very average. Hot chocolate was good though. ?‍♀️

This was the only IHOP to accommodate 11 of us for breakfast which was great, everywhere else was up to an hr wait. Got there and ordered, waitress Veronica was very nice. The wait was so long, which to some degree was understandable but Jesus! The food came tho there were a mix-up in who ordered who but the food was good, the New York Cheesecake pancakes were amazing, the eggs were done as requested, bacon crispy so no complaints. The French toasts were just plain as day, there was no spice to it and wasn't enjoyable. Bill came and was then notified that a 17% tip was already included. Overall, an okay experience.

Food was horrible. Prices were astronomical which, normally, I would understand being in a very tourist-heavy area. But paying $25 for a breakfast sampler with dry, stale hash browns, burnt sausages, and gritty, flavorless pancakes is totally unacceptable. Very disappointed, and will never return as a result.Next time, we'll just go to Denny's.The only saving grace was our wonderful server, Ella. She was very friendly and pleasant, and did a great job. Funny enough, the only thing we ordered that was actually tasty, was the Oreo milkshake my son ordered. Jokingly he said, "the waitress probably made it, that's why it tastes good!" And turns out, that really was the case ??‍♀️Ella (or maybe it was Elle?) Deserves recognition for her hard work, and the cook staff in the back need retraining.

Very disappointing experience at this place! We paid 35$ for this dish you see in the photo. This is a turkey sandwich with hash brown. It came over toasted and the hashbrown tasted terrible. This is supposed to be one of the suggested place for breakfast in Niagara but it's barely even a restaurant. Not recommended at all!!

Food Quality: ⭐⭐⭐Price/Value: ⭐⭐Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐Service: ⭐⭐⭐Accessibility: ⭐⭐⭐⭐Your usual expected iHop experience. Nothing great, nothing bad. Our order (4 dishes) came in about 20 minutes from ordering with a mistake but was quickly resolved. The food was basic, nothing special but not much to expect for breakfast food. The only main drawback is the price vs value for what you get. Also, about 30 minutes into eating, we felt we were being rushed to wrap it up.

Great service! Mimosas were amazing. Tried the French toast with scrambled eggs and sausage and hash brown was very fresh and hot. They offered me the whole part of coffee while I was waiting for the food instead of me having to call them up to refill which was very considerate of them.

The breakfast was good. But the prices were as high as the 3rd floor of this iHop. For 6, server brought us a bill for 175$ then said it was wrong one. To which I replied ... iHope. Minutes later, new bill showed up. Get this : 200$ !! The nighf before we had a full dinner at a steak house for only 125$, including drinks and some left over.IHop even forced a 17% tip for minimal service hardly worth 5%. They just fill a coffe pot left in middle of table instead of coming to the table... we had to get up to ask a busboy for water which came minutes later with the server.Even if we had the discount coupon from hotel, the rather light breakfast at iHop would of cost more than the steak house dinner. My 5 pancakes stack "double blueberry" was rather plain looking and ... flat. Three of my homemade pancakes would of been a taller stack. ?‍♂️Unless you have to burn, there is no way five pancakes are worth 20$. Nor is 2 eggs, two pieces of bacon and 2 sausages worth 25$ ... ridiculous prices. We were seated and hungry, so we stayed. It was an expensive fasting experience as we all left still hungry and much poorer.Make sure you get the hotel coupons before you step in iHop. You have been warned.

Came down from Toronto for the day and had a relatively good experience at this IHOP.I had the Breakfast Sampler. It pretty much comes with two of everything but since I’m unable to eat bacon, I just substituted the sausages and bacon for Turkey sausages. My server Taya, was more than happy to accommodate the changes. Taya was very nice and polite, she was also prompt with her service. Good job Taya!I should have asked for the hash browns to be well done, but other than that, the food was delicious.Only reason for the 4 star rating is because they charge you a nonsensical NFDF fee in your bill. (Niagara Falls Destination Fee)

I can say that breakfast was nice but not worth the extreme high price we had to pay for...for your consideration

service is great! food is not bad and big… yeah it’s a little pricey, worth to go once a while :)
