IHOP always good for me. Great food and service. This location (and likely other Niagara ones) is significantly more expensive though
Chain diner, incredibly overpriced for what you get. With so many amazing options and places to eat in the area, it's just not worth the money. For a handful of pancakes you're a $20 minimum.
Great for breakfast, specially pancakes ? and waffle They do serve lunch as well, including burgers ? and sandwiches ?. Service is quick and they do constant follow-up. Vegetarian options available, as well as people with dietary restrictions. Various drinks are available. Kids friendly with separate kids menu. Open until 1pm on weekdays and 2pm on weekends.
We came in 30 mins before closing at 12:30 P.M. and they let us stay until well after closing. Food was great, although definitely a bit pricey. Thanks very much for the 1st class customer service!
Very slow service and over priced menu. $70 before tips.
Do not go here. We sat down and it was 15 minutes before someone came to take our order. The server apologized and said there was an issue in the kitchen. Meanwhile, he went to a table beside us 4 times in that time. After we ordered our food, it's not been at least 30 minutes. There are only 3 other parties here.Seriously, don't stay at this Ramada and don't come to this IHOP.
The servers were friendly however there were lots of mistakes. Despite the place not seeming that busy (many empty tables) orders were missing or poorly prepared. Not impressed, would skip.
Terrible food. Cheap ingredients. Burnt coffe. Extremely expensive. Had a coupon from the hotel, but they didn't accept it because it was for 1 adult and 1 kid meal, instead of 2 adult meals (written in fine print)
If I could give 0 stars I would. Came here two weeks ago. Terrible service, took too long to get the food ready. I witnessed them not sanitizing the tables, bad especially during covid. Awful manager. Only came here because we were staying at the hotel. Will never come back. Also, very expensive.
The servers were friendly, but it was extremely busy so the food was very slow and outrageously overpriced. If you’re with a group, they do automatic tip (which they mention at the beginning), but remember to check your receipt to avoid paying tip twice, like my friend accidentally did. The machine still prompts you to pay tip. They also include a Niagara tourism tax, which isn’t even mandatory for businesses. It’s around $30+ for an omelette and coffee, so be aware of the price before going here. The food itself was decent, but I’d rather go to the US to try it at half the price next time.
