Ok. Hooligans has a crazy good Hamburger. I think it was $11.00 as well. To be honest I wasn't expecting it to be so delicious. Great place to watch the game and get lit.
Have to say I’m not a person to write reviews, as someone who is also a server I understand the job is hard, there’s a lot of moving parts that a lot of people just don’t understand. That being said I d never watched such apathy to a group of people walking in to spend money. We have come in several times after hockey usually spending a lot of money, tipping well and cleaning up after ourselves. Today we were looking forward to finally coming back after the recent lockdown. We were not acknowledged for 30 minutes. We sat and waited for a server to come greet us, as a male bartender could not have been less interested in his job. He went to several tables including stopping to have a full conversation nice and comfortable for steady 5 minutes. His counterpart was directly in vision of us and could clearly see us turning looking and trying to get her attention, but instead was too busy weighing the liquor bottles 3 hours before close. We patiently waited but after not being acknowledged decided to leave for another bar. It’s unfortunate because what was a weekly outing for us will be directed else where. Not looking for a handout, but I encourage your staff to not let money walk in and out with such apathy for your business.

I always come here for the chicken wings and beer. Food is great overall, friendly service, great place to relax and have a pint. Anyone who leaves a bad review is a tough critic, this is possibly the best sports bar in Niagara Falls.

Hoolies has been a Stamford Center, Niagara Falls staple for ages. Bill, Jay and their team are fast & friendly, serving up some of Niagara's most competative prices for food and drinks. Low key and causal bar where you get a little mix of everyone. I went for the wings and pints and fell for the steak sandwhich and fresh cut fries.
