Super friendly, take-out could've been faster. But overall gotta give staff credit for how polite and friendly they were.
Just went in for a quick bite, never expecting much from a fast food chain. The customer service we received from Dev was amazing. I have never felt the need to write a glowing review from a fast food restaurant but Dev clearly strives to make every customers day that much better. If I had a business, I would want to hire 20 Devs. Keep up the good work Dev.
Yesterday I was served by the best fast food employee I have ever met!! Her name was Manpreet. She was courteous, smart, knowledgeable, and the Assistant Manager. My partner who is almost an octogenarian, and has the plain and traditional diet of an old Ontarian farmer, was most impressed. Manpreet and her male employee recommended the Double Angus Burger, which he said was perfect. Of course he eats his burgers plain but he likes tossed salads with no dressing. Manpreet made up a small container of tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and onions. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal too. A perfect lunch. I recommend this location as # 1 in the Region of Niagara.
Dave from this location(7885 McLeod) is the most polite and thorough worker I have ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. He was such a pleasure to talk to!
Each time I come in here all the tables are dirty, and often there is food on the floor. The staff fight with each other loudly. The lettuce in my salad was wilty, tomatoes were super squishy, and the chicken on top was only cut in a few places. I've only returned because typically Harvey's has good food and this place is close to where I work. Think I'll try a new location next time.
No good. The burger tasted worse than a school burger. The lettuce in the salad was brown & wilted. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely loved the service from the tall guy. He has such good manners and is polite. He always says Sir/Miss and that is the best service I have received. The food was great btw ?.
CAA MEMBERS CAN SAVE 10% can’t go wrong with that. Spot is clean other than the other stores I’ve heard from other visitors. I would still give 5 stars
