Food was terrible, I ordered the egg and steak wrap it was the most stale disgusting wrap I have ever had. I couldn’t eat the steak I threw it away! The food was pre-cooked (not fresh) as well as it’s super expensive for a wrap. It’s pretty ironic the restaurant is called freshii
Very bad experience. Very very long time to get our salad. Only 2 salads ordered and 1h of waiting. Lost of time and the cashier didn't help the other... don't go there!!
Terrible. $15 for a small green smoothie that I had to chew and took 20 min to get even though there were at least 7 people working and not that many customers. First experience with Freshii, popped down at a conference break and will never go back to Freshii. Would not reccomend chewing a smoothie for $15.
Spent $18.00 on the teriyaki bowl. I recieved a bowl with rice and very few vegatables that were brown... Thankfully the mangement was nice enough to give a refund. However, I will never return to this location.
Placed an order of 2 bowls and not busy at all and took almost 30 minutes. Two people that ordered after us had their order before us. When we inquired they just started our order. One bowl was half full. Taste good but hate to see what this place is like when they are busy. Family of 4 got theirs super fast. Not sure what is going on but need to make sure the orders are in order.
My husband & I had our grandkids for a weekend at the Sheraton water park. We were looking for lunch & saw Freshii . Kids love wraps! Well we ordered 4 beef wraps & 1 drink. #1 it was $93.71, which is outrageous to say the least #2 they were the worst wraps we had ever had #3 they were drenched in sauce #4 there was exactly 4 small pieces of beef in them!!! Terrible service due to every time someone came to order they would stop preparing the food and go get the next order!!! We waited a total of 40 min for 4 wraps!!! This is unexceptionable. Will never ever order this again! Definitely thumbs down on all counts!!!
My meal was good but my friend's was not. It's disappointing considering how expensive it is.
Tasteless food… spicy lemongrass soup was not spicy and did not have lemongrass flavor ? rest of the order was also sub-standard. Please avoid this Freshii if you can.
They charge extra and call it “tourism fee” which is not mentioned anywhere on the menu or a sign. And how do you know I’m a tourist?
I’ve always come here for their lemongrass soup. Today I ordered and was surprised to be handed one less than half their normal size. I was told this is there “new size” Sad…We paid $11 per soup and received in both less than we would have received in one a few days ago. Won’t be coming back. Food is good but not worth the price anymore.
