Great sub tasted great, but beware i ordered a gluten free medium it was terrible price just over 14$ for a medium and it was clearly the size of a small sub if you ask me. Gluten free purchases get screwed while everyone else get to enjoy a normal size sub for the same price.
Awesome food and great service. Very clean. I think some people need to learn how to give a review. It’s about the food and the service. Not about how much money the staff get paid, or where they come from, or how well they speak English. If you don’t like the price, then eat at home. Make your own food. The cost you pay covers more than just the employees wages. There are a lot of other expenses to owning a business, including rent, utilities, and supplies. Highly recommend. Thank you.
Honestly, I don't know why everybody's raving about this place, I just came from there, we got 3 subs, they were the worst subs we've ever had! There was barely any meat on them and the steak sub had zero flavor. The guy behind the counter watching everyone put the subs together was giving the evil eye to every one of the employees as if to say, if you do anything wrong you will be fired! I asked one of the employees if she came from India and she nodded and said 6 mons, she could barely speak English. Every one of the employees was from India and probably being paid under wage, it was a bad experience and will never go back. I'm sure most of the reviews were from people that they knew or maybe they paid them but I wouldn't advise going there! It was nothing like the reviews and that's the only reason I went there! Don't believe everything you read!
The best fast food chain sub place. Never been disappointed with a sub from here. Always super full, and made just the way I request it. The turkey bacon ranch has become an absolute all time favorite of mine. A little pricier then some other places, but it’s definitely worth it!
Always stop here every time I'm in the Falls. This time the ladies behind the counter was a little crusty but the food was amazing hence the 5 stars.
Came to Niagara from Toronto. And, I found this place to eat sandwich. It’s so good and delicious. I don’t know What to say abou bread and the beef. Everything is so good. Only, the worker(girl) could be more welcoming.!!
Sadly not what I asked for. Missing the ingredients we asked for plus paid for extra cheese and got little. $38 for 2 subs nothing else is too expensive.
First time ever ordering. My husband and I had the Club and Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket, Italian with Pulled ChickenBreast Salad. They were delicious and definitely I will be ordering more in the future. Thank you
Had the pastrami sub. Amazingly yummy! More expensive than most sub shops but worth it. Very generous helpings of pastrami and slaw.
First time trying Firehouse Subs and it didn't disappoint. Had the firehouse steak & cheese with pickles on the side.it’s so yummy I would say you can definitely try this one out.
