Awesome food! So much better than what I expected. Usually AYCE leaves me disappointed but their quality is actually good.Don’t over order the first round because they give you BIG portions!!
They double charge you and then lie and say we didn’t. Beware of their new QR code scan they will say it didn’t go through and double charge. Actually only tip didn’t go through. I sure as heck didn’t eat dinner twice and we all know prices are diff w lunch. Crooks. They also are now trying to harass my work when they were the ones at fault. Beware this won’t be the last time. I’ll get this story out there
Walking into EAST IZAKAYA, you are immediately greeted by the host. They will seat you in you're reserved table. While walking to your table, the atmosphere looks amaizing!After ordering your food from an iPad, a robot brings out your specified dishes.All of the food tasted clean and fresh! I am amazed at how much food you get! EAST IZAKAYA also offers all of the great sake from Japan. My favorite is the sake in the pink bottle, and it was served on a bed of ice? Our server was SO GOOD to us as well!This was such a great experience and I would not hesitate to return again!

Wow wow and wow.But I might also just be amazed by what all you can eat here has to offer since I live in New York City and everything there is all overpriced.Tip for ordering: you’re ordering from the iPad, hot dishes take longer to get to the table, that includes yakitori, tempura, stir fried items. So get those orders in first!Wide variety of food to pick from the menu! My favorites are the tempuras—tempura everything basically! Fried squid, tempura shrimp, eggplant, pumpkin — are all so crispy and yummy. The shrimp is large, and the eggplant is juicy inside. My second favorite are the yakitori, all of them are really delicious. I love the pork belly and beef yakitori. The soups are also good, I love the Thai coconut soup and the seafood Tom yum soup.Desserts are also excellent so leave some stomach till the end! My favorite is the fried Oreo and the mango ice cream.
My husband and I went to dinner here for the first time tonight and it was absolutely delightful. The food was fresh, service was wonderful, and just overall a great atmosphere. Our server, Clara, was unbelievably attentive to my gluten free needs and I cannot thank her enough! It was greatly appreciated and she needs to be commended for such great service. Thank you to all the cooks, kitchen staff, & servers for a great experience.
East Izakaya has a wonderful staff and extensive variety of fresh and artistic creations. Its a special treat to enjoy. You should all make reservations early because E.I.NF. gets very busy and all orders are prepared for just your table, remember that. They all work very hard to make your experience the best.
So glad you guys opened up an East closer to the US border. Please consider opening up a location on the American side someday. Have been going to East & Wind for over 10 years now. Quality and service never disappoint (love the new addition of the service bots). Pandemic kept us away for over 2 years, glad to say it's still as delicious & awesome as ever. Will continue to recommend to friends & family. Thanks for allowing us to book reservations on the app!
Super comfortable atmosphere and very positive vibes .That was my first time here and definitely not going to be the lastI ordered some kind of Pine alcohol, Three different types of rolls and all are amazingThe waitress is super helpful, polite and amazing personI sat on the corner and petted the robot lol
Delicious food, amazing and friendly server. So far one of the best sushi places in Niagara. Bring your appetite. Also, they got cute robots :D
