Nothing like customer service, no hello, hiJust get pizza and come back not happy like other places, rude staff, never come back herr
I ordered a medium pizza but it looked small. The pizza was dryer than expected and didn't have enough tomato sauce. I also ordered two boxes of chicken wings and they were smaller than expected, one box didn't have any sauce and was dry as well. They had horrible customer service and the employees were dismissive and wouldn't provide us with plates or napkins. My wife said the women's washroom was extremely dirty and unsanitary and also smelled horrible. If I could give them no stars I would. I would not buy from this Dominos again. Not satisfied with the service.
This location is always fantastic! I had a very large order for my daughter's birthday this evening and it was accurate, fresh and on time for pickup. The associate Arjun offered to carry my order out to my vehicle and was super friendly!
Save the headache and don’t order! They are extremely rude and tell you they don’t care if they lose customers. Really awful service. Go to shops that care about their customers. This chain has miserably gone down hill fast.

We ordered our pizza for pickup from this location for the first time. Initially we were upset because one of our pizzas had the wrong toppings on it, but we called and brought the pizzas back and they gave us fresh ones with the correct toppings. Thank you, pizza was good
worst dominos in the Niagara area if you opt for delivery. The Dominos tracker is fake, they mark the delivery to completed even when they haven't. The reason for being an hour late is that the delivery person also does Doordash and other deliveries along with Dominos.
Great place, pizza is awesome, I always get the BBQ chicken pizza and it's GREAT. Tuesdays is 50% menu priced pizza, so maybe you can make Tuesdays family pizza night!One thing I don't like is lately they've been running out of habenero cheddar dip alot lately.There was one rude worker there, but haven't seen her in awhile, which is good.Other than that it's great!
If I could give in minus rating, I would have given. They are so bad so bad in their customer service that person who works their have no sense how to deal with customers. Last night we placed an order at hotel and in the pizza there was a hair and we called and complaint. The Cashier or over the phone who picked said we can't help as systems are down send us photo then we will try to do anything. Will leave a note and come in the morning. Worst was dinner was spoiled for kids and us. They did not replace neither they were ready to refund with an excuse system down. Next best thing was when we reached there in the morning the cashier and other person who attended us were worst to the core that they said what color hair was that which you had in pizza slice. If you did not bring hair with slice we can not replace and we can not refund. I again and again requested and tried to prove but they were so rude so rude that they said we can't help them only can replace I requested it's morning I can't have pizza at 11.30 am. After discussions and handling their pathetic behaviour we requested garlic bread she said SO CASHIER SAID YOU CAN NOT HAVE PIZZA IN THE MORNING BUT YOU CAN HAVE GARLIC BREAD. That how low they were and we left as they are low to that level where no point talking to such I'll mannered cashier and workers.Pathetic service pathetic cashier I have ever spoken too or dealt with.
Absolutely disappointed. I made my pizza order and ten minutes later they called to let me know they did not have tomatoes. I changed my toppings while the person who answered the call with my change was annoyed (both my pizzas had tomato and he wanted me to change both to the same topping, but I wanted two different replacements). When I got to the store I was told they didn’t have cheddar habanero dipping sauce as well. I asked them how a pizza store didn’t have tomatoes and dipping and their excuse was that they had a big order that left them with no tomatoes?? I am annoyed and will never come back again to your pizza store.
