I was told best burger in town and it seems true! Before I talk more about the great burger, the fries were super good as well! They were crispy, not too soft, but also had some flavouring on them beyond the usual salt that added a nice extra touch. Huge portion for super affordable prices (fries especially but the burger was massive too). But yes, the burger... it was juicy, huge, perfect bun, great toppings, hell, even the bacon that came on my burger was some of the best bacon I've had at a restaurant, let alone the burger. Service was great, food was exceptional... it's a small spot off the beaten path but it's well worth the trip. If you're in Niagra, this is the place to get good food. It's hours later, I'm back home in Toronto and I'm still thinking about it...
I have been going here for so many years, building friendships, enjoying ever moment, except for a few times. Being part of the surrounding area it was my place to go. So many memories of joy, but also great sorrow from the loss of great individuals, forever etched in my soul. I came to do alot for the establishment, and the owners as well as the staff(friends?) Sadly, situations occurred that were out of my control, leaving me paralyzed with disbelief, being disrespected by individuals that I now realize were never true souls. Just playing the game, wearing fake smiles!!! Great place to go to eat(south western chicken sandwich!!) and be sociable, just don't fall into the false personas, lack of management,nor the thought that anyone is genuine. Friends don't intentionally destroy you!!!
Great food and fun service. We love the place. Patrons aren't always covid safe, but staff is great. Drinks are cheap. We come often and love the atmosphere.

So my husband an I love the food at cool hands it's always good really. Tonight my husband said the chef "MJ" cooked his food to perfection. Deserves a call back for a kudos for sure. If you have not eaten here before you should. The staff are always friendly been going there forever. Mj you killed it t.n in the best way possible. Thanks man .
Burger was great but the questionable brown and black chicken not appetizing at all and not sure it safe to eat ordered take out and disappointed
We decided for our night before back to school to checkout skip the dishes to see what was close and something we hadn’t had before. We ordered through skip but did the pick up option. Friendly staff behind the bar, and when I thought I forgot the Caesar Salad I called and asked and went and picked it up and he was very apologetic. 10/10 and we will definitely be back for more, they have a whole menu to try.
