I am ashamed to say this restaurant operates in one of the most diverse town in Canada. What i witnessed the other evening was horrible. Absolute disgusting behaviour by one waitress while serving East Indian people. They were sitting right beside us and were not causing any problems. They were intentionally ignored and dealt with horribly. I was with a client otherwise I would have got involved. This place need to train their workers.
Great service, great food, and I love the vibe here. Not a lot of options for mixed drinks, but I think they focus more on beer and wine choices. The wine is good here for sure!
Very rude service! We were there the other day and the server was extremely rude for no reason. She was maybe in her 30s or 40s and extremely racist and refused to give us service. This is the worst interaction we’ve had with someone and would never recommend this place to anyone because of this one server! Do better!
I ordered a Mediterranean veggie wrap with no onions. The wrap had no dressing, no black olives, no feta cheese but it did have onions ? So it was a dry salad on a wrap. Horrible, I won't be back.
I use to go all the time everything was always amazing id always get cheese balls and sometimes a sandwich never had any complaints. But last 2 times ive ordered my cheese balls have been over fried and not edible they just taste burnt ive sadly thrown them out.
Food is delicious. It's consistant and always made perfect. The bartenders are very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the wait staff (two in particular) can be rude, condensending and unwelcoming. Minus the those two it's a great place.
Favourite place to come when I’m in Niagara Falls. Friendly service and clean. I think you have to pay for the blue cheese dip.
Its a classic bar, locally owned. Front staff is the best. Good bar food. Better than going to a chain.
Came in for lunch today. Server was attentive, quick and genuine. Great experience. Food delicious.
Blue... Grass... Chicken... Sandwich. Tell them Tina sent you. Also, the waitresses are friendly. I mean... they're no Sammy and Tammi... but... you know... pretty good.
