We had a great experience coming to Chucks while visiting Niagara! The food was fantastic, fast, hot and our waitress was so lovely and attentive! I wish I got her name, she was there on Friday night on the 17th, so friendly/funny and helpful! They really had a hometown feel and made us feel really comfortable. Caesar was cheap and so good too!! We will for sure be back to this location when visiting and hope we get the same waitress. ❤️
First time visiting Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill yesterday.Was disappointed with the service unfortunately. We did not order much to eat, but the food wasn't bad. Would've have a better experience if the wait for the food wasn't so long as the traffic at the time was not too busy. Experience would have been a lot better if our server Lauren D communicated with us a little more and just provide a better customer experience overall.
The service was slow, but they were very busy so I don’t blame them. The wings were so good I couldn’t even wait to start eating them! I personally didn’t like the nachos they were overly cooked so the chips were stuck together. The burger reminds me of a family cookout which is a pleasant memory! I thought the restaurant had a really cool design and was neat to see.
Prices are very affordable, but quality not that good.Steak bites smells,Burgers so ordinary, you can make a better one in a pan.Fish tacos and caesar salad are good.
We were in a group of over 20, for a ringette tournament this past weekend! The tables were all ready on time for us. When we ordered, they asked for the jersey numbers, talk about slick, so easy when it came to splitting the bills up. Food tasted great. Service was great, it was organized, and kept everyone happy! Well done!
Great ambiance, great food, even better prices! I can't beleive how amazing this place is. From the moment you set foot in the restaurant you're welcomed by the awesome Harley Davidson in front and only after you pass that, will you be able to see the nice décor of the place.The food is absolutely delicious and the cherry on top of that is that the prices are so reasonable! This has become my go to in Niagara area.
Good place for cheap beer. Steak dinners are ok, for the cheap price, def not prime cuts. The soggy tasteless corn on the cob has got to go, offer a different veggie…
Is the third time we visit them cause the food it's good but this time the server was so rude, really the experience wasn't nice with her, I understand probably she was tired but, she never introduced herself and go away for a long time and the way she talk to us was unpolite.
Phoned to put an order at Chuck's roadhouse the food is good this prices are good.The manager Mike on the other hand has no people skills when I called he asked me to hold I said sure he carried on a ten minute conversation with a staff member literally.I waited no problem he came back on said hi I said hi mike and he hung up on me.I called at least 15 times no answer.So I went and got my credit card and ordered online.I called back asked to speak to the manager about "Mike" and guess who came on the phone...mile the manager. He talked over me wouldn't let me speak so I just talked over him and said I'm 0utting a review on him he said "I don't care".Mike your a disgrace to this restaurant you have no customer service and clearly have anger issues.Ive also contacted head office.The restaurant is great but has had numerous manager changes at this location and hopefully head office can give Mike a refresher course on customer service or send him for anger management.
Amazing value, $25 for a tbone steak combo or wings and ribs combo. Ample seating. Good for a wide variety of groups.
