Very very busy as it was a leaf play off game. Staff was friendly. Food took a bit but was understandable as it was busy. When we did get our pizza it was almost burnt and didn't have much cheese on it. Wings were ok. Server did ask if we wanted a new one but we didn't want to wait another hour. Have heard amazing things about the food. Will have to give it another try ?
New to the area and this place is already on our top 3 pubs to go too. The wait staff are amazing and know our drinks before we even sit down. The food is really good and the vibe of the place is fun. Perfect for family's with kids, couples, large groups and singles. I feel very comfortable going there by myself when hubby has other plans. They have some great rotating music nights that appeal to everyone. A pub with close ties to the community and very well respected by locals. I can't wait until the patio opens!
Overall very good customer service from our server J.Was waiting for our lunch, which came a little late due to a big takeout order. He made sure we got our food, to head to my daughter's dance competition. Came out all at once. Food was delicious.Thanks again.
Wow, these owners really need to hire new staff. So many things wrong with this place. Asked for napkins and told they didnt have anymore and told us to go get some from another table, no toilet paper, food sat on our table for over an hour after we were done eating, friend waved over server to order more drinks only to be told "don't wave me over, I hate that". When he brought up that she had been standing behind the bar talking to the other server for 30 minutes (we could see her) she totally denied it. Furthermore, another male patron fell off his chair, you could feel the bang of him hitting his head on the floor. Instead of making sure he was okay, they yelled at him and made him leave. The whole night was a mess, I can promise you I will never be back. I really feel bad for the owner. This could be a great little place with the right staff.

I had the worst dinning out experience ever there on Wednesday March 2, 2022. Not only a Men's hockey team that came in after us got their food before us (with 3 kids). What really got me fired up was when some guy in a orange polo shirt that works there came and told us why we waited close to an hour for our food (1 kids pizza, 2 kids chicken Fingers and French fries, an order of 12 deep fried won tons, 1 poutine, and an order of 5 jalapeño poppers) was because they were there before us. I made him aware they weren't and after he refused to hear me out telling me I'm wrong that I dont know whay Im talking about, I asked him to check the cameras. He told me he did (don't know why he would've already) and they were all there before us. He was very rude and pretty much saying I'm a lier and I have no idea what I'm talking about. It's one thing that the order took a lo g time, but pretty much being called a lier and have him storm off with his little nose up in the air and his fancy little hand jesters really pissed me off to a point that I never want to even be in their parking lot again. I understand you have a big group of guys that come in every week and stay late to drink, but let the kids have their orders first, the guys (men) aren't going anywhere. They'll drink more while they wait to eat.
great food and great service
Just had the worst meal ever!!! Had the fish and chips and there was more batter than fish and the oil was just pouring out of it onto my fries and plate. Way too greasy!!! My wife ordered chicken fingers and they looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The chicken fingers looked like the Janes box food. Beer was cold though. Service wasn't good either and the food took way to long to come to the table
