Don't ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE. half the time they don't have it or they don't give it to you. Unfortunately I have to let you guys know they charged me for food all for it not to be in store and never gave me my money back. Its a scam. You have a 59 yr old manager who clealry isn't professional and oh goodness the staff. They need to toss some of those kids out. No offense bad for business. do NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE. TAKE YOUR CHANCESS AND GO ELSEWHER.
Somehow I feel they have the best burgers far better than McDonalds and the others and great service too. Long wait the server made sure to keep us informed...
Got a coffee today... ..sooo DisgustingI was told i Had to wait a few mins cause they were going to make a fresh pot.. figured I'd be getting a fresh cup..should be worth the wait.....It was the most disgusting coffee I've ever had..its hard to mess up boiling water with coffee grinds.. but these guys did it !I've never complained about coffee in my life...This is the Worlds Worst CoffeeCongratulations BK
There are 3 burger kings in Niagara Falls. The one at Clifton hill which the best food wise but it seems that they have new trainees and they don’t know a lot about taking orders.The one at Thorold stone road is the worst in every way.The last branch I tried is good.
The environment is quiet and clean .fries is good and delicious.
Food was okay but staff need to learn its not appropriate to rudely talk about customers. Specially when you made them wait to order because your to busy talking to your co worker and ignoring the customer for 5 minutes.
First time being here since they renovated. Love that they were able to get this restaurant out of the 80s and bring it into the 21st century. Food was hot and fresh, and staff were friendly and prompt.
No Frills and Costco is where i do my shopping. This is the closest location, but i shop at another No Frills. They have over charged me a few times and there is 2 rude cashiers.
Sausage way over cooked like leather on all 3 sandwiches, hash browns crunchy and overcooked as well. I thought the new building might change their ways. Nope
We had a perfect double whopper there! Really fresh juicy and delicious. Very polite personnel. Clean and sanitized tables.
