friendly staff and we really enjoyed the food
Great place to go as they offer a lot of things on their menu! It was very spacious inside. We did have to wait for our table but the wait only was 5 minutes which isn't bad. I loved their chicken wings, I got honey hot and it was just the right amount of spicy and sweet! The pasta as well as pizzas were good choices too!
Got in quick, good menu, had the Thai chicken bites for appetizers, first time and really good flavor. Then had the meateor pizza, very good too. Sauce or sausage felt more spicy than expected but still good. My kids enjoyed the chicken gumbo soup and their pizzas too
Terrible experience. For past 30+ years, it’s the first time for myself being denied ordering alcoholic drink because NONE of the staff has seen a California driver license ID. The waitress took my ID to the back for “verification” and left our whole group sat there for 20 mins waiting. Then she came back and told us that she compared my ID against their “ID booklet” and couldn’t find a match. My guess is that their ID booklet is so outdated that isn’t aware United States has switched to REAL ID since years ago. I have been having this ID for at least 3 years. First, it’s an unseen practice to take away a customer’s ID for “verification” and leave the scene for a long period of time. The customer is taking a risk of losing the important identification document. Second, it is ridiculous that the staffs refused to accept the ID just because they haven’t seen one before. Plus the fact that California driver license is not a rarely-seen form of ID. UNBELIEVABLE. Our group walked out with disappointment and we will never be back. The management team needs to seriously better train the employees.
Amazing!! Garlic bread was the best I have ever tasted! Onion rings were divine albeit a massive portion!! And a meat feast (probably not the correct name for the pizza!!) was beautiful!! Service was great - lovely atmosphere in the bar - watching the Ice Hockey draft (even though we didn’t have a clue what it was about ?).
We knew going in this was a chain sports bar. But it was late and we were hungry. It was busy but not crowded. Our food came out at different times, the pasta was cold, the waitress never brought us any drink refills, and we lost our waitress for 15 minutes when we tried to pay the bill. I didn’t expect much but was even more disappointed. At the very least heat the food. I know it’s tough getting people to work. I try to be sensitive to that. But messing up our order, never checking on us, serving food that obviously just sat in the kitchen, and being dismissive overall just was rude. Will never eat in another Boston Pizza again.
This restaurant is at a great location, very busy all the time . The wait time for 2 was 15 minutes which is not bad considering how busy they were .I ordered grilled wings to start with they were okay . I also tried their individual size Bourbon BBQ chicken pizza . It was delicious, the portion size is just enough for 1 . I also ordered tropical chicken pizza , it was tasty but to my taste it had too much cheese that made the pizza more greasy .Our server was helpful , took his time to explain few things to us about the area etc .Only down part is their bathroom. It was very very dirty and you can tell no one cleaned the bathroom for awhile.
Place is always buzzing and super busy and why shouldn't it. It's a sports bar in the middle of busy Clifton Hill. We waited about 30 minutes to get seated and it was smooth from there on. Server was quickly at our table and food didn't take much longer. The restrooms are stinky and not well maintained, not sure whom to blame - high foot traffic or negligence on staff's part. Anyway, we had a nice time while we were here, service and food was good and that's all that matters. Cheers.
Food was good but service was very slow. We waited a very long time for our drinks and our ceasar salad came out after our pizza.
It was hard to choose a yes or no. Yes to the excellent pizza, and all the cool games that most Boston Pizzas don't have. No to the loud music. We asked to be moved, but they couldnt/wouldn't relocate us. And NO to our various servers who had no idea as to which beers were available and how to convert ounces to milliliters.
