Came here on a Wednesday evening. Nice layout inside. We ordered a nachos platter and a Smokey mountain spaghetti. The nachos were MASSIVE so keep that in mind! They were also delicious! Having said that, they really could have put more ground beef.Also when the spaghetti came, they gave us the wrong order (this was just spaghetti and meatballs). So they came back with the smokey mountain spaghetti and meatballs but they told us to keep the original spaghetti, on the house!This was a pleasant bonus!
Day old pizza!? Nope, my family ordered from the local Boston Pizza at Americana in Niagara Falls. We were given raw, flat, sour tasting trash. I called to speak with a Manager and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and the Manager decided to tell me to call back when he wasn’t busy. I wasn’t letting that happen after I was just ghosted for 20 minutes. He tried telling me it would take 30 plus minutes to find a debit machine and my transaction to void it and provide a refund. I said I’d wait, he put me on hold….
The food was tasty but there was really long wait time for food as we ordered and waited for food for long. And In the end, they served all the food at once which I realized wasn’t the good way as it got cold. But overall, the loved the food. It was tasty and worth buying.Food:- 5 starCons: long waiting time
Worst BP I had every been, took me 30 minutes to get water and another 40 minutes wait for app came. Waiting forever to get everything, one server is taking care of whole section but there are three receptions stay front for doing nth, most ridiculous thing is even one dessert cost 30 minutes! Service is crazily slow, our water is not even refilled once. The worst experience I had ever had, not recommended at all, please consider carefully before you come to this location. Everywhere else is better than this one.
Amazing atmosphere with the BEST service! The server recommended the tai bites and they were so yummy I'll definitely order again. Food came quickly, didn't have to wait long for refills the server checked on us often. Reasonable prices. We will be back!
Was not busy when we went. Nice and clean, good atmosphere. Lots of TVs on the wall, showing different events. Friendly waitress, helped with food selection and suggestions. Friendly, kind, professional and overall good experience. The BBQ pizza we ordered was delicious. Would recommend ?
I ordered food tonight for delivery and was told that it will be delivered at approximately 6:09pm. When my girlfriend called at 6:40pm, our food was just sitting there still, with the driver not at the restaurant yet. Our food finally arrived at 2 minutes to 7. Everything that we ordered was cold. The delivery driver said that he couldn’t do anything even though he was almost an hour late. Very poor customer service and timing. Will be contacting the restaurant as well.
This Boston pizza is very kid friendly. Being attached to the Americana water park it is a great place. My family and I had lunch there after swimming in the pool. We were looking for a gluten-free friendly place and we're skeptical of going to a Boston pizza. However they have a gluten-wise menu which is very good, we had the chicken wings and the ribs which were both delicious. Our waiter Brandon was the best waiter to we've had in a long time he was very patient with the kids and he accommodated to all of our needs. We would go back anytime and recommend it to anyone who is a celiac family.
Ok , so here we go!!! Went here today for a quick bite ordered Chicken Parm and a chicken sandwich., artichoke dip for starter.Chicken park came out with these dreadful looking carrots on my plate lol dry , black yucky…. I removed them right away cause they looked so nasty. The pasta and parm were good (why put carrots on the plate is beyond me) I asked for the manager … he said …” I know I keep telling them not to serve stuff like this … “ I asked him if he would eat these carrots and he said no way, so I asked him why it was ok to serve them to me then??Anyway I didn’t ask for anything … told him the rest of the meal was fine but , he insisted on comping me the parmigiana.Oh and might wanna turn your outside sign on too… ?
