Had a lunch here with my family, restaurant was extremely busy but the guy Maulik was on his 5th gear. He was working so hard and got us everything we needed within a minute. We had ribs and brisket and some nachos, cornbread too. Everything was wonderful and all the spirits were fantastic. Really hats off to Maulik.! What a wonderful service!! we got. Thanks for everything. Niagara distillery will be our first choice
They allowed my dog in the patio which is sweet. The ribs was massive and taste really good! Cocktails are good too.
Our group of 4 stopped here for a late afternoon meal. We had two frozen drinks (excellent, especially the peach bellini), 3 salads, on barbeque sandwich and the cornbread. Everything was really good. The chicken on my salad was really good. The cornbread was served with a maple brown sugar warm sauce that was fantastic! The food was a little expensive for what we had. Our waitress was working hard, but they were short staffed and we had a long wait.
Tried Billy Bones at the Scarborough Rib Fest in Toronto because it had the shortest line. I think I know why. Beef ribs was good. Pork just ok. Cornbread was good. However the brisket was burnt so it was more like jerky. Chicken was very very dry.Please do not disappoint your customers like this. We look forward to this event, had a hard time finding parking, had to line up twice to get in, had to line up to get food, only to be served with disappointing food.I also got 2 orders of coleslaw and beans, not sure if I got 2 orders. Coleslaw tasted nothing like coleslaw.Refer to the pic please.Now I wonder how did you manage to get all those awards?
I ordered Billy Bones Classic Burger and it tasted horrible. Costco burgers were much more than this restaurant. The worst part was they (Maulik) charged me 20% tip without my permission, and when I asked him about it he said it’s a rule, what the heck!!! This is by far the worst burger I have eaten in the whole Niagara Falls. 30 dollars charge for GARBAGE????If there was an option to give them 0 star I would definitely will give them. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. DO NOT WASTE YOR MONEY.
Awful experinceWaited a hour for one drink after being seated.Very limited drink menuVery limited food menu and the online menu is different from the actual resturant. Not one gluten free option to accomadate someone with a gluten allergy due to menu issues. So lost my money there.And mediorce food for the outrageous price from what everyone else at my table ate. Don't waste your money. Pretty sad for a so called award winning restaurant. FYI $58 for two so called drinks and one very small poutine.
Went here and loved this place. Great vibes and food. Got a cornbread appetizer and holy crap was that good. The Pulled pork was amazing! What a great place
The service was awesome, Food was very delicious and the ambience was beautiful. Hats off to Nina for such a fantastic service. i 100% recommend and would definitely visit again when i go back.
The guy name Maulik was super friendly, very good service and great place to eat. The food was superb. ???????????
Nice ambiance & prices are reasonable for a restaurant in Niagara. Pork ribs were salty & not evenly seasoned. Was crowded on Canada day week end but the service staff were trying their best to cope.
