Baskin Robins has the best ice cream I have ever had in my entire life. The managers and employees here are beyond nice and set the customer service bar super high! :)Thank you Baskin Robins for all the amazing memories!

I was shocked with how the place was looking. The employee did her best. but these are no circumstances to work in!!!

The ice-creams taste was terrible! I think it was in their freezers for more than 2 weeks! We throw them in the trash.

Staff is unfriendly but the ice cream tastes good.

Their ice cream is suuuper flavorful and they give you a lot more than you'd think! Ive only been once but every worker was nice during my experience.

WAY overpriced, didnt have certain ingredients for what I asked for, was going to sub it out and still charge me $9. No thank you. The girl was really rude. My husband paid $8 for 5 bites of ice cream. They also dont have a good selection of flavors.

Been here for a week on pleasure vacation our last day in with no issues other than when we wanted a nice snack this evening. Our choice was right in the lobby of our hotel where we had placed our order.We ordered Reg. Reese Shake, and Single Scoop Sundae,After moving over to the right we waited for about a minute and then grabbed our snacks. As we were walking out my wife noticed a sign that said if you don't "receive" a receipt your order is complimentary.I had walked back to counter stating that I had not recieved the receipt and the younger worker had went to get what I assume was the manager who is blonde and middle late 30's or 40s... She LITERALLY ARGUED WITH ME, and told me that they have the receipt and they were holding onto it for me, and that she had called out to me.... But my point was at the time once I grabbed my meal the transaction is DONE. It's been paid for, money's been taking, goods have been exchanged. DONE. WHERE IS MY RECEIPT....I had to go back to the cashier and actually ask and was calm and just explained I didn't receive it and we noticed the sign.. about about 5 minutes of back and fourth I realized she wasn't going to give up and I'd rather express my feelings here and with corporate. Don't have a policy if you won't uphold it.I NEVER "received" a receipt and still didn't after leaving.

Says on the front of the till "IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT YOUR ORDER IS COMPLIMENTARY." When my husband brought it to the cashiers attention she tried to say she called us over to give us our receipt but that was not the case. She then went and got what I'm assuming was her manager and the manager said she tried giving us the receipt as well, how would she know that when she was on KFC side? We did not get a refund and the manager was quite rude and loud.

One of the better ice cream options around.Dave
