Not very friendly. It is my son's birthday today so we went in for the free treat but they don't do that. It's express. What does a small scoop of ice cream cost them. Very disappointed.
It was nice shop which has tasty ice-cream and pizzas. But only the car parking facilities an issue. If you are walking on the way then it is more comfortable as it is main road, but if you’re driving then you can’t park your car on the road as it has heavy road traffic.
We spoke to a an employee just now- young Caucasian guy . (11pm 25 March). Had an awesome experience! Great customer service.. great work.. sorry forgot asking your name.Order was 2 scoop vanila with hot fudge.

If I could give a 0 rating, I would do it. Employees literally talked behind our back while we can still hear them. So so rude .
I ordered an ice cream cone and the ice cream was so soft that it wouldn't stay on the cone so the employee put it in a cup. If I wanted a cup I would have ordered a cup. I didn't want a cup because I had a splint on one of my hands which made a very difficult to hold the cup. It was so difficult to eat I threw it in the garbage outside.
The staff seemed nice, however FYI, this is the only location in Ontario I been to, maybe in Canada that DOES NOT HONOUR the 31st celebration, 31% off promo, and I was even told they don't accept coupons at all. Strange but true.
