Clean and warm place. The service was very good and our host ( Alisha) was really nice ,kind and friendly.Everything was amazing and was very nice and my wife and the kids loved their food and enjoyed it.
I tried to order Brewtus which is an Applebees standby. They seemed confused about what I was talking about and told me the biggest beer they had was a pint. Funny that the napkin that my beer came with said otherwise. Yes it could have been better in a Brewtus
The manager had AWFUL customer service (Julie or Glenda) was given 2 different names, food was awful for the price as well as most food didn’t even come with what the website described it as. And nothing was done upon complaints. Our gravy was in the state of jello. Overall an awful experience, as well as definitely not for the price. Never will be returning.
Terrible customer service, first they messed up my order then stole my sunglasses $300. Forgot it on the table after dinner and came after 5-7mins they said nothing was left on the table.
Our server was very friendly, which is the only reason It deserves the star.The food and drinks were terrible. The kids Mac n Cheese tasted like it came from a can. It was lumpy, cold and so gross.The smothered chicken was basically a piece of chicken with vegetables and a cheese slice barely melted on top with some boiled frozen vegetables on the side. We left feeling so disappointed with the highly overpriced experience.
The manager has the worst customer service. She needs to take a course on human communication. We waited two hours for our food only to be served the wrong meal. Our boneless wings had bones. My chicken quesadilla was made with beef. My ceasar had no rim. Poor management! Please send corporate to review this location.
Fire the chef, food was absolutely disgusting. I was asked for rare steak got very well done. Everyone drenched in salt, mashed potato's so dry were not even edible.I was having issues with my son eatting, I tried his chicken fingers.... so slimmy gets so dry was like chewing gum.And this place wasn't cheap. Boston pizza and Kelsey's are much better choices.
If public washroom would be serving a food, I am sure it could be better. Cold mashed potato with piece of cadaveric cow meat were on my plate. I am not sure if this a celebratory dinner or a torture of my food perception. My friend and I also paid a bill which is comparable with a funeral cost. Poor cow, unlucky us. Never again, even it will be the last restaurant standing in Nigara Falls.
If I could give this place zero stars I would.First of all they have two separate kitchens for groups of 2 and groups of 2 or more. We were a group of three and waited AN HOUR for 2 meatless salads and a burger watching other people be served with no apology or our waitress even checking on us. I had to get up and ask what was going on after 50 minutes of sitting there watching others get their food. In the end we ended up leaving without our food after an hour not even an apology from the staff. We also waited 20 minutes for someone to even ask if we wanted a drink. I would avoid this place - unless you’re a group of two apparently.
Food was burnt and overpriced. Servers were rude and extremely useless. They never came around to see how we’re doing and we had to wait an hour for a bill. Don’t go here it’s a complete waste of time
