This place is absolutely disgusting. Between their hygiene to there customer service. Thinking it's acceptable to provide food to customers that has been sitting on a counter for hours. I would suggest if you don't want to get food poisoning.
Worst customer service ever received. Wrong order cold food then called in and said I had to go thru drive thru get my order for free which I already paid for. Blamed doordash for the screw up bit bag was sealed with my name on it.. Was their mistake..I have no car and told to walk 5km to get my order. I was livid asked them to fix their mistake. Manager hung up on me...never again will support this A&W. Learn how to manage your restaurant. I work in this industry and you are the worst when it comes to customer service.

So pay 34.00 dollars for food and a drink and this is what A&W sends you thais is crazy cant even pour a dink right
Very clean and staff were very friendly.Cashier told me to have a seat and she brought my order out when it was ready. Now that is nice.
I went into the restuarant ordered their breakfast, waited in line and waited nobody in front of me and waited, while ppl came thru the drive thru and got tgeor food first , i saw 3 breakfast meals going out before my order and they ordered after me, as well when i got to my destination and opened up the container to find uncooked bacon slimy eggs i ordered over med, probably never go there again.
This was my first time having breakfast here. Very reasonable prices, good food. I must say the best thing was the staff that work there. All extremely friendly & very helpful. Great customer service
The service is declining. I also saw the manage Emma, smoking marijuana outside....I am not happy with this establishment, and I am not planning on making another trio here.-Rude staff-Dirty bathroom-Food was cold?!Thanks for nothing
