Chef Payam is an artist at his craft. We always have quality meat and ingredients when we order from Wraps On The Go. I am glad the quality of food has not been compromised with inflation going up.
Went here for the first time since I started working in Newmarket over a year ago. I asked the gentleman working what the most popular wrap was. He said the middle eastern wrap, which has chicken shawarma, falafel, & feta.When making the wrap, he used frozen falafel heated in the microwave, less than 2oz of chicken that he had in the back room & maybe a teaspoon of feta. When I selected the veg, there was minimal selection and he put very little in it.I thought it’d be alright, expecting to pay under $10 due to the portion, but when he rang me up at the register, IT WAS $16.00 WITH NO SIDE OR DRINK.I understand that inflation has caused increased prices at restaurants, but COM’ON. This guy had to have less than $2 food cost into this thing. Rule of thumb for restaurants is X3 (X4 post Covid) food cost to be profitable.Biggest Rip off in Newmarket. 10/10 would not recommend. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.Food quality 3/10. Taste 4/10 . Service 5/10Be better Wraps on the Go
Took two bites and snapped the photo to write this review. Service was awesome, Prices were good and drink selection was great. I got the gyro, my greek boyfriend says it's how a gyro should taste. All I know is that it was delicious.

Fraudulent and irresponsible. I ordered the food on their own website, but didn't get my food, and my money.If the restaurant is closed on Sundays, they shouldn't have accepted the order on their website in the first place. Their website said my order had been accepted and it was on delivery. But that actually did not happen.Since I got angry, I left a bad review here and claimed them a refund. What happened is, they refused to give my money back just because I wrote a bad review for them. What they did on their website is scam. Why should I be generous?They just told me to demand refund from the company that made the website for them because running they were not responsible for running the website. To me, this sounded like "I don't care what happens to my business."
Where do I even start! The food, the service, the vibe. Payam (owner) and his staff are the nicest and most generous people I have ever met. His wraps are always delicious and never disappoints.(chicken chipotle is my fave) He is very generous with his portions whereas other places add less toppings on their wraps, he makes sure the wrap is full and at its max. Honestly the best wrap place in Newmarket. Such a clean and welcoming environment.
