Staff was friendly. However, there's not enough staff. There was about 8 people on the line up. Waited almost 18 minutes for my mobile order.
It's great that Wendy's offers breakfast but in the morning they don't pay attention to SKIP THE DISHES orders at this location. I placed an order for breakfast through Skip and waited 15 minutes and nobody confirmed my order. I cancelled the order, they lost business to McDonald's because of it this morning.
Went into the drive thru at 10:30 waited a minute, nobody answered the intercom. Drove away. Called the store at 10:32 and the manager said they are just opening up and getting things started. If I owned this store I would be having a talk with my manager and staff immediately.
I worked here years ago and still pop in for food now and then. Nice to see John Ribson still doesn't care about his employees or his stores. He only cares about the size of his wallet. His workers are underappreciated, they are disposable and he makes sure they know it. They are sooooo understaffed it's not even funny and as a result they have people in management positions who have no place being in them- like the one guy who is somehow either nowhere to be found or having a panic attack. Anyway. The food is good and the employees are trying their best, give them a break.
Online it says they are open at 10:30. Sat in drive through for 10+ minutes and absolutely no response. Went inside to then see they are still closed and it’s now 11:05. Somebody needs to fix online hours or get these workers in gear. Pathetic
I ordered a lettuce wrapped bacon burger with no cheese and waited 8 minutes for it. They put my burger in a bag when I said I'm dining in, so ok whatever maybe he didn't hear me. I pull my burger out to unwrap it to eat and its on a bun!!!! So I bring it back up to show them, then I wuz asked to give back the burger. Ok no problem cause I don't eat the bun. So I waited yet another 8 minutes for my lettuce wrapped burger before I even leave the counter I check and guess what? There wuz cheese on it, but this time it wuz lettuce wrapped!!! Well third time is a charm.....cause I finally got what I ordered. It only took a total of 23 minutes not impressed.
Pretty decent. Got it wrong once but usually they listen to the notes which I appreciate, a typical Wendy Burger fam.
Good food but how can you mistake the word mayo with ketchup how I generally wanna know cus I asked for no mayo and got mayo but no ketchup like how does that happen they got everything else right but how
The sandwiches were so disgusting. We had to wait for 30 minutes to get our food even though we had ordered online!
I ordered my food on the app and within minutes a worker brought it out to me! Way faster then McDonald's has ever done it!! Also taste way better ?
