Busy as usual but they are always fast and friendly. Almost always never make mistakes, at least at the counter. The older day staff always seem to be well organized and trained and care about their service. ?
I went to this Wendy's location to grab dinner for my family.While I expected service to be slow, what I did not expect was to watch whom I assume is some manager or supervisor who was just yelling frustratingly at the other employees. This lady is older with a tattoo on the left side of her neck.This environment is not enjoyable to sit in and if I were to bring my kids to this location I would not stay dining in. I suggest some sort of customer service/sensitivity training or something. It was highly uncomfortable to be near this lady let alone I cannot imagine what it would be like working with her.Everyone has bad days, just appears this lady is having a bad day every day.
The food is great but they haven't put the right systems in place to execute their new breakfast menu effectively. Wait times are all the more critical when you have people trying to grab something quickly on their way to work and waiting 10 minutes at the speaker before having your order taken when there's only a single customer ahead of you isn't good enough. Bite the bullet and find more staff to ramp up your breakfast shift guys. You're losing customers to wait times even though your food is preferred over other places.
We sat in the drive thru with no one else in line and waited for 15 minutes to be served. And even after all of that they didnt include our ordered and paid for chicken nuggets, gave us fries we didn’t order, and messed up our sauces. They didn’t even apologize for the delay, we thought it would be a quick way to get dinner before our scheduled appointments for the evening, guess we were terribly mistaken. Very poor service.
The staff are great but the bread is always stale. This is not location specific. I also had a similar experience in mississauga. On a Corporate level this company needs to stop ordering bread ? that is served stale to clients. It very crumbly. I rarely eat fast food and this is one reason why
This Wendy’s is notoriously slow but that also means their food is usually hot. Their debit machine was down tonight so they gave me my meal for free so 4 stars.
slow service but that was expected,, i give bonus points for having two people who were clearly using drugs/currently on them parked by the drive thru and coming up to every car window including ours with his bank card asking us to buy food for him spastically because the drive thru workers wouldn’t (rightfully so because safety first for them)
It is really short staffed. So there was a long line up and had to wait a while for my families food. Owner needs to hire more people or offer more competitive wages
This manager was absolutely the worst I used my offer on my cell and the poor guy on the register made a mistake it happens unfortunately my offer got scanned and it disappeared and my order had to be cancelled he asked for my offer code but since it was gone he asked for the managers help this lady yelled at him and then yelled at me! As if it is my fault and she charged me full price for my food when I still should have gotten my offer! This lady needs to go she has no place being a manager!
Worst restaurant EVER! 42 mins to order our food and get it. Pretty sure fast food means FAST FOOD. waited over 20 mins at the register to even be acknowledged. The cashier just kept walking past us. My husband even started jumping and down to get her attention and still nothing. Every table in the restaurant had crumbs all over it. Disgusting! Will never be coming back here at all.
