This location's staff appears to mostly be teenagers with no adult supervison. My last visit there were six teenage guys just hanging around behind the counter. Drive thru was congested so we went in, and it was not professional at all. Orders were made wrong and took way too long cause the staff were busy "hanging out"
Slowest drive thru ever and if you walk in their store to order it just gets more worse... they need to staff up and get faster and more pleasant staff...ordered a bagel toasted with butter and egg... took them 25 mins... they should shut this location down if they cant keep up with speed... other locations take couple of minutes to get my order through
These people that work here specially the girl is very very sweet And provides fast and quick service she was very polite and gave me a free hashbrown when My card didn’t scan!
Floors were dirty in main area, mens washroom toilet and seat was covered in poo. Someones long johns were draped over the toilet paper. I can't recommend because of this. Honestly, if someone from the health unit or corporate showed up, I think they would shut them down. However, all the workers were polite and handled our order reasonably well. The food was good. Better than many other Tim Hortons.
Always great service. Pleasant and respectful employees. One of the workers made a mistake on my order and quickly addressed the problem, and my order was redone. Thank you
One of the first Tim Hortons locations that opened up in Newmarket. I have visited this place since it first opened and seen it grow to what it is todayThey serve many food/snack/drinks to suit any persons tastes. The prices you pay for are always fair for the quality of food you get in returnService here is always professional, attentive and quick. My cousin from the Philippines worked here for a month when he visited. Quite happy with management here
Although I have no complaints with the staff at this location, the management of this store has much to be desired. This store NEVER has donuts after 5pm.YOU ARE A DONUT SHOP!!!! How can you not have Donuts?Have to go to the Tim's by Millard, or Park Ave. everytime as those two stores seem to understand that a Donut shop should have donuts to sell.
Came to the Tims at Yonge and Savage North in Newmarket after waiting for 10 minutes at the Millard and Yonge location. Drove through and was served in 3 minutes. The staff that took the order was so polite and the one who served me was so sweet, that after she gave me my coffee and informed me that it was free ("Yay!" for Tim Points ), I wanted to buy something else just to pay her!
Ordered on our mobile app. Store was extremely busy and Nicolas made our order super fast. He was so polite and order was accurate. I had to write a review since the other reviews don’t seem to speak highly of this location. Thank you Nicolas! We were thankful for the service we received.
Slow as hell. As in 'I think they were growing the coffee beans from scratch' slow. Drive through should be just that: drive through. Not "park and wait for 15 min for a coffee" through. To add to this, they close the dining area in the evening to force you to go through their park through. No notices on the doors, and even a door handle removed to prevent anyone from getting in. No accountability, and all i ever hear from anyone working there is "we're short staffed". Well figure this out then. Its been 6 months of the same rhetoric.Absolutely terrible. I drove up the street right after and was served through an actual Tim Hortons DRIVE-THROUGH within 1 min of getting to the order speaker. Needless to say, moving forward, I'll always go way out of my way just to avoid going to the disaster that is the Savage Rd/Yonge st location.
