Nasty bathroom!!! I have to clean a little bit the toilet to used by myself ? and not toilet paper at all. That’s something I noticed in Ontario branches
Meh. This location is at the end of my street, but most times I will drive to another location if we want anything other than coffee. For some reason they can't toast anything properly, and the staff at this particular location are generally less than enthusiastic.
AVOID !!! AVOID !!! AVOID !!!!Going there regularly, but NOT anymore !!!They mess up orders too many times now.Will never go there again !!!Problems, you order chilli, they don’t give you bun and spoon. You ask for a wrap they don’t have it, or are short on product.
We live nearby, my husband order drive through about 3 times a week to get us breakfast, and at least 1 time they will mess up the order. Yes, the frequency is this HIGH! This week, it’s twice!! Coffee with milk and cream end up with no cream, or like today, neither, just black. So disappointed to a point that we think we’ll just give up, drive further to try some other store in the future.
Friendly staff; didnt get my timbits one day in the morning came back later that day and they remembered me and gave me the timbits free of charge. Owner also gave out free coffees on a holiday which was a treat

No grinds in coffee? Check.Coffee taste hot and fresh? Kinda check.Frosting on cinnamon bun? Not a lot.Overall it was okay. The black coffee met my standards of quality so it's good but I might have been a little too pampered with the extra frosting on cinnamon buns from another store where I'm a regular, so any other store/franchise seems to not meet my expectations...
I just purchased a Turkey Bacon Club and received a hard green tomato core in the sandwich. Really!
Honestly best tims I've been to in a while, everything from my wrap to my donut was fresh, the girl who made my wrap absolutely killed it, I got lucky enough to get there for fresh donuts. Very happy I made a stop here. Staff is awesome
