WORST TIM HORTONS I'VE EVER BEEN TO!! I would give this Tim Horton's 0 stars if possible. I asked for a plain bagel with butter and they gave me a burnt bagel and didnt even have the courtesy to let us know ! We had to come right back, return our orders and get a refund.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! HORRIBLE LOCATION!!
Vanessa is the best. I ordered a few items and she was so kind, and gave us everything we asked for. We need more Vanessas in the world!!!!
If your toaster is broken you should inform people at the speaker instead of panini pressing everything lmao
I think the employees are very careless there. This is the 3rd time I am missing an item on my mobile order. Very bad service.
Fast service but ordered 3 items, all 3 completely wrong. Gave me chicken lime wrap when I asked for veggie even after making sure multiple times. And they switched out the mozzarella in the caprese sandwich to cheddar cheese, it's not the same. Check your order while at the counter to make sure you're getting what you ordered.
Great location, double drive thru. Staff always friendly and cheerful.
I was waiting for my food at the window and when I looked through I saw A girl using her finger to smooth out the chocolate on a batch of donuts she was doing then she would wipe the excess off her finger and on to the counter then continue smoothing out the chocolate on the rest of them. Worst Tim’s ever, longest waiting times and by far the dirtiest Tim’s I’ve seen absolutely disgusting.
One of the worst tim hortons I have visit. I ordered farmers wrap and they gave me sausage wrap.When I visited there to return,instead of feeling any apology the supervisor is showing me attitude that its not our fault.Don’t visit there or check your order before you leave.
Ask for a creamcheese on croissant and they just smear very little cream cheese that it. Look like butter. Very disappointed really paid for nothing. If you run out cream cheese Tim Hortons just tell your costumer. I. Would have understand and order something else.
This is one of the few decent tims left in this area. Unlike other tim hortons, they tend to have many Items in stock most of the time. Service is also pretty fast with good helpful staff. There is also a good Wendy's in the same location. Both, the Tim's and the Wendy's have drive throughs
