Only because of Jay Jay I gave them business of $60 in the morning I gave them call before to get my order ready so I can get from drive through they always do.This is time there was man name Jay manager so rude and arrogant the way he talks I m giving this review I asked me to give my order through drive he ordered me he said I can cancel my order he doesn't care about bad review.When I went inside the ladies were amazing. But I m going to write official letter against this rude man for misbehaving with a customer.
We don't call this place Tim Hortons, we call it "We don't have that" , I am living next to them and no matter what time of the day you go there and what you order, there will be something in your order that they don't have. The staff are changing faster than you can imagine, I guess they don't like working with whoever the manager is and I don't blame them, not an organized place to work.
It is one of the slowest running Tim Hortons I have ever seen. Been there couple times and each time it took for ever to order and get my coffee from drive through ? so not going there anymore I am sorry but can’t spend an hour to just to get a coffee.
Disappointed and Frustrated!Decided to stop here out of the many options we have in Newmarket. The line in the drive through went out to the street, so I decided to go inside. There was one person in the line - "yes!" I thought to myself.After placing their order, the customer before me waited a few minutes before being served. Then, I observed as the staff worked to fill the drive through orders and totally ignored me and the growing line behind me. The manager, who looked beat, didn't make eye contact or apologize for the delay, not a thing. After about 10 minutes, I left.I usually get great service at this location. Sorry they were having a bad day - it showed.
Ordered through the app for pick-up in 10 minutes. When I arrived, the store was empty of customers, a staff member was on break sitting in the dining area, one was sweeping the floors, and they had not even started on my order. I was standing there for 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged, and then when they realised that they had a mobile order, and made my food, they just made a different sandwich because they had no crispy chicken for a craveable without even letting me know. I checked when I got to my car, and had walk back in to be told that they were out of crispy chicken, and had just made a sandwich with slow cooked chicken instead. I gave up at that point and left.This store is hit & miss, depends on the time of day, and the staff that are working. I can get great service in the mornings, and they rarely ever keep me waiting on a mobile order, but tonight was a huge disappointment.
Recommend this Tim’s. Just down the road at the Tim’s beside Dairy Queen you will get absolutely no service, the coffees are usually black as they rush more than make your meal. And the baker doesn’t have anything made.This tim Hortons has made my order perfect everytime, always has everything on the menu, and service is awesome.
One day I asked to provide the drinks in trayvat the drive through, it was handed over to me without the tray. I have to beg for it. Next day I did ask, I asked at the window for tray, The rudely said, if you need a tray, ask for it at the time of order....huh.
The young man they had at the drive-thru window was extremely rude! Was trying to load my app which sometimes can take forever. He just crouched down and kept looking at me like he wanted me to hurry up.And then I'm waiting for my stuff, and I finally got one of my two hot drinks I ordered. And then I'm sitting there waiting for my other hot drink when he goes are you moving? Said no actually I'm waiting for my hot drink!Somebody needs to teach that kids some manners! Like using words, is everything okay or did you get everything! That's what every other person that I've gone to the drive-thru has said if they saw me still sitting there.We need to teach our children to be better than that.
Always something is missing. Last time there was very little cream cheese on the bagels
It's is the best place for getting your morning coffee and the best place for coffees and stuff like that in canada ?? ?
