Purchases a two can dine combo via the app and had to wait about 15-20 mins, on Victoria Day long weekend. Line ups are long due to mall traffic. Staff is not as efficient in taking and getting orders done compared to other locations that I normally visit (Richmond Hill & downtown Toronto) The meal tasted exactly what I'd expect - have to be patient with visiting this Timmy's!

Staff doesn't know how to honor my coupon which is on the tim hortons app, with 4 hours left to purchase, no they don't know how to, and when asked is there a team leader or supervisor on duty very hesitant and keeps saying no there isn't anyone, and no I have to pay full price even though it is on there app just ridiculous. REALLY.
The location is excellent at the entrance of the mall.
