Excellent service provided by the staff. Visited on Saturday May 14th, 2022 and was greeted by Malika at the cash register. She listened intently to my order and presented herself in a very cheerful and welcoming manner. My server, Krista was also friendly, well mannered and extremely helpful. I was very impressed by their level of professionalism in the execution of their duties to ensure that "me" as a customer was satisfied. Keep up the good work!!
UNACCEPTABLEOrdered a ten pack of timbits found only nine in the box and one with a bite taken out of it. !I demand some answers here before I call head office .
I will only ever rate a Tim's if they have a frosted cinnamon bun. It's my most common non-drink purchase. Well to be honest, it's my replacement for not being able to go to a decent Cinnabon store or a Dunkin Donuts... But the size and taste of Tim's frosted cinnamon bun is decent for its price.
A little slow, but great service, if you have standing issues it's best to have something with you to keep you afloat. It will be a bit a of a wait. but if you have your vacation passport you can order it, sit and (not sure if this is all the time or of we just had extremely nice service multiple times) they will bring it to you
Bought a med Double Double, istead of making the coffee the cashier, started talking to her friends, waited for 10 minutes and nothing so I left not hard to make a coffee
Missing order I had more than 3 missing order and they did not replace it with any thing else and I paid $17 they gave me an order worth $8, I called them the had a really bad attitude It was the manger don’t recommend you can drive a bit longer for a better Tim’s hortons
You know there's some management issues here when the first photo on Google is their broken sign ?Had a really attrocious customer experience here a few weeks ago. Even following up with corporate didn't amount to anything satisfactory. Wish I wasn't so addicted to Tim's, but I'll be going out of my way to avoid this location from now on.

Ordered a bagel through app. Wait there 20 minutes to get it. They put my bagel in someone’s doordash bag and can’t find it.Asked them 4 times and they can’t figure out. No one even apologized. Worst Tim experience ever!
The best timnhortons in Newmark and that's not a good thing. The only thing that makes it good is no drive thru. Kid who was getting my order not only messed it up but didn't stop talking the whole time. I left after getting most of my order because I didn't want to wait the next 3-4 minutes it took for him to fill the drink or grab the complimentary donut that was offered for the wait. Switch to country style.
