I've been coming here for a couple years now but the food quality last night was terrible. Maybe it's because I came at 8:30 pm and they were near closing time? Regardless, my wife's burger had a bone fragment in it which could have chipped her tooth. My burger was dry and overcooked (it's usually much juicier and delicious), the fries were not as crisp as usual, and they ran out of celery and garnish for my Caesar. All this at the bargain price of $95.00 for a party of 2. The experience was pretty disappointing. Service was great as always but the food was only slightly better than fast food; for this price, the expectation is a lot higher. This is a burger joint and the burgers were terrible last night. This was my go to spot for a great burger; but I don't think I'll be coming back after this.

I went to The Works tonight for dinner with a friend. We were sat by a lovely man, however our server Sarah was not the best. It took 10 minutes just to place a drink order (she seemed more interested in chatting with a young guy outside). We eventually got our drinks and placed our food orders. The food tasted great, but the service was just terrible. Our server only came to check on us once, and we didn’t even bite into our food yet. It’s sad to see how some people just don’t care about their service.

Very bold and unique burger ideas. I scoffed at the idea of peanut butter on a burger, until I tried it. They really pull off all the crazy ones. You can't go wrong here, there's so many choices. The waiting staff has always been very friendly on my visits, and are happy to talk about their menu and the things they'd recommend based on what you like.Their spicy chipper sides are some of the best I've had, and go perfectly with burgers or even just beers.Every visit here has been a delight for me and I always look forward to the next one.

The owner was very hospitable and took the time to review the entire menu. Super friendly staff as well. Every part of this meal was great. Good quality meat, creamy milkshake, burger combinations were endless and poutine was on point. Will def be coming back and spreading the word.

Really fast and friendly service. Expected a solid burger but this was well beyond solid. The family had 5 different burgers and everyone said it was one of, if not the best burgers they have tried.

Die cut fries cooked perfectly for dipping. However no dip was provided. All ordered burgers were accounted for and delightfully shuffled among our labeled containers. Figuring out who's burger was who's offered a wonderful opportunity for conversation. I especially enjoyed sharing 1/2 of of my ordered burger with my wife. When I order a meal i always hope that someone else can enjoy it before me. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great place to have a gourmet burger and a refreshing drink! They have a huge selection of delicious hamburgers and side dishes along with plenty of beer and cocktail options on tap. The portions are a very good size, the restaurant is welcoming and inviting, and the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend!

Do you know what great service is? When you tell your waitress that your favourite snack is ice chips and she brings you a cup of ice to go! Thank you so much Sarah for a great experience! As an HR Recruiter, I know the value of having great personal representing your company, and Sarah truly made the experience at The Works 10x more enjoyable!!

The Works is always a great place to get a gourmet burger and craft beer! The burgers are creative and delicious, and great value for the money. I suggest dining in versus delivery in order to get the best food quality

Always loved the Works (where else can I get a side of steamed broccoli with my burger?!)This location specifically was a standout just because of the fantastic service we received. The food is always great; not the cheapest burger you've ever had, but it's worth it.
