I call this outstanding restaurant many times as I love the good air that is unique to this restaurant. The crew is highly loving and experienced. The service is remarkablywonderfully efficient. Not to mention, the food they prepare is perfect. I visited many times and I was always satisfied. The rate is modest. I highly suggest this place to my friends and family.
The food is constantly well prepared and delicious, employees hands out excellent service. I liked the cleanliness and vibes. Would recommend to others.

Went to this location 4.29.19 for dinner. Ordered a famous teriyaki bowl with shrimp and chicken. When I went to eat it the rice was hard because it was undercooked. I tried to eat around it. I bit into a slice of chicken that was so tough it broke my plastic fork. After having a few bites I also realized the shrimp was unclean. At that point I was sick to my stomach and went back to the store. I stated the issues and the employee just said "okay". I asked if they were going to help at all. He offered to make me more rice. I'm not a person who complains about food but it was inedible and unsanitary. We asked for the help of a second employee who said he couldn't do anything since he wasn't the boss and told us to have a good night. I asked if this is what their customer service is like because I couldn't believe it. He asked what I wanted and I said a refund for the dinner I can't eat. He took 11 dollars out of the till, handed it to me and walked away from us.So disappointed in the quality of the food and the lack of customer service.
