Excellent lunch for an excellent price! The food was fantastic, from the spring rolls all the way to the pies. Our server Amanda had a great personality and was very friendly and attentive.The exterior needs a bit of a face lift, but the interior is wonderful, having a modern feel to it.Definitely the best Swiss Chalet I have had in my life.
Went to this location today and was very impressed with the service that we received from the girl in takeout, I think she said her name was Ruth. She was very nice and answered all of our questions and even suggested the Fish Promotion that they have, which tasted really delicious. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. I was very satisfied.
Service was awful. Waitress was rude. She made every request or question seem like an inconvenience. (Can we have straws? Cutlery? Appetizer side plates?)Food was cold and missing items. Bathrooms were gross. Love Swiss Chalet normally but this location was just embarrassing.
We were there on a Tuesday (March 15, 2022) ..First time supporting a corporate restaurant, post “health discrimination-social conformity dictatorship” Would normally not go, but was invited by a friend. The young lady working out booth was the biggest asset to bringing “the abused middle class” back into this Corporate restaurant chain. Amanda? was extremely good at serving- knowing when to not interrupt us, and when to provide cheerful, sincere service. The food was good, good portions etc but the excellent service from our server made it enjoyable and not a “covid police state” experience typical of Corporate restaurants who got handed a monopoly by small-business hating Ford. Thank you for restoring our faith in excellent customer service !
We came in early for dinner last week and there were only 3 other tables with customers with 1 leaving.Thinking, this is great we will get our table and our meal quicker than normal. Was I ever wrong! We sat down and waited at least 15 minutes to have our order taken then another 20+ to get our meals. There was only 2 other occupied tables. Why so long?The food came and the fries were barely even warm, and the chicken was almost burnt.Super disappointed. Most likely will not return to this location again.
Had a wonderful experience today, the food was delicious and the service was wonderful. There seemed to be only one girl by the name of Ruth working on the floor, and she was running all over but still took the time to make me feel like a priority. Big thank you to Ruth for a memorable meal ☺️ 10/10 will come again
My second time at this location. Both times the food was super fresh and tasty and the service was excellent. I believe it was Amanda who was our server and she was delightful and attentive. Highly recommend this SC location ???
My wife and I visited today for lunch. It was the best visit for both quality of food (hot and tasty) and service . We ordered the 1/4 chicken white meat with fries and ended up skipping dinner as we were full!! Service was also excellent from Amanda.
Amanda was our waitress. She provided excellent friendly service and wiped down our table upon arrival. My wife and I both ordered the 1/4 chicken, white meat with fries and it was delivered nice and hot and was a large serving so much so that we skipped dinner! love the packaging! the manager is doing great! I came in drive thru and the line moved quickly. great location and friendly staff I enjoyed my food!
