Never had such bad service at Subway and felt compelled to leave a review. Very rude and unprofessional woman working. Overcharged me as well!

Ahaha i came to give a bad review, and seeing this place has 3.9 stars is not surprising, but it's still too high. To the "lady" who works here, owns here, or whatever the case may be, it's not what you say, but how you say it. There are tons of Subway restaurants, so I have no reason to come back here since your location isn't important. I had a bad experience here, and I went across the street to Tim Hortons -where very kind workers who are the true epitome of what values Canadians hold dear. So lesson for you is, "IT'S NOT WHAT YOU SAY, IT'S HOW YOU SAY IT". Fix your face lady, it screams bad, jealous energy.

I don’t know the servers name but the young guy working tonight was amazing and super professional! The store was super busy and he was polite and apologetic for the delay( it wasn’t his fault, he was the only one working!). Great experience and I would return to this store specifically!

This store discriminates against unmasked customers and enforces an apartheid system. No business should ever violate human right in favor of unlawful mandates.

This has to be the best Subway restaurant I've ever been to in Canada! Tristan was so welcoming, and accommodating towards us. When he heard the sub was for a vegetarian, he washed the knife and made sure his gloves were changed. He deserves all the recognition because of this small gesture. I go to restaurants, telling them the food is for a vegetarian and they don't bother to wipe the knife when cutting the sandwiches or wraps. I will definitely return to this Subway in Newmarket! Happy Thanksgiving to you, Tristan! Oh, yes the meal was as filling and enjoyable as it could ever be! So much love and care was put into it! ??

Ordered from Skip where my order was sent incorrectly from the restaurant. I received a Pepsi rather than the Diet Pepsi I ordered. And my order has cheese on it which I requested no cheese. (Can’t eat it.)I got my order refunded and ordered again but called the restaurant to ask them to please pay attention to the order details.The restaurant calls me back and yells at me. Literally, yelled at me. He was telling me I input the order incorrectly. (I’ve attached a screenshot of my order - please note it says no cheese and a Diet Pepsi).I told him that skip confirmed that I entered the order correctly (hence the full refund) and perhaps they should check their system or call in to Skip as their might be a technical issue. He again yells at me again, screaming that’s it’s my fault and I’m wrong. I’m telling him I can send him a screen shot of what I have on my end but then he hangs up on me.Wow. Just wow. Their customer service is horrendous.Now do I eat the new (corrected) salad they sent or do I run the risk of them having spit in it?After the way he spoke to me, I’m a bit worried. He had rage.Buddy. I understand you might be busy or having a bad day but to deliver such rage to a customer is unacceptable.

Employee greeted me with a smile and was polite. He made my order perfectly and quickly. One of the best experiences at a subway I've ever had!
